30-Day Vibrational Abundance Alignment Workbook (Inspired by Abraham-Hicks)

Welcome to a 30-day journey of aligning with abundance through the teachings of Abraham-Hicks. This workbook is designed to help you raise your vibration and allow more abundance (of money, joy, love, and well-being) into your life. Each day you’ll find an uplifting teaching, a journaling prompt, an alignment exercise, a powerful affirmation, and a brief meditation. Use it at your own pace – one day at a time – and feel free to share the inspiration with others. The tone is warm, encouraging, and empowering, just as you’d expect from Abraham-Hicks’ wisdom.

How to use this workbook: You can print it out or use it digitally. Set aside a few minutes each day to read the teaching and do the exercises. Journaling can be done in a dedicated notebook or on the printed pages. The affirmation can be repeated throughout the day, and the meditation script can be read silently or recorded and listened to – it’s only 1–2 minutes long, but feel free to extend it if you wish. Most importantly, have fun with it! Abundance flows best when you are at ease and joyful.

Let’s begin the journey to gradually embodying more ease, joy, clarity, and abundance over the next 30 days. 😊

Day 1: The Vibrational Nature of Abundance

Teaching: Everything in our universe, including our thoughts and feelings, is vibrational energy. Abundance isn’t just about dollar amounts – it’s a vibration of well-being, prosperity, and plenty that we can tune into. As Abraham-Hicks teaches, “like the air you breathe, abundance in all things is available to you. Your life will simply be as good as you allow it to be.”

abeforum.net In other words, abundance is a natural state of the Universe, and we receive it to the degree that we allow it. Today, set the foundation by realizing that you are a powerful vibrational being. The signal you send out through your predominant feelings and beliefs will attract matching experiences (this is the Law of Attraction). Think of yourself as a radio tuner: when you tune yourself to the frequency of abundance – by feeling optimistic, grateful, and deserving – you start to receive the “music” of abundance in your life. This journey will help you consistently tune yourself to that channel. Remember that this is a joyful practice, not a test – be gentle and encouraging with yourself as you begin.

Journaling Prompt: What does “abundance” mean to you personally? In your journal, write about how you currently feel regarding abundance in your life. Consider different areas: financial, relationships, health, time, etc. Where do you already experience a sense of abundance? Where do you crave more? This reflection will clarify your starting point and your intentions for this 30-day journey.

Exercise: Set your intention. On a fresh page (or at the front of this workbook), write a short commitment or intention for the next 30 days. For example: “I intend to focus on the positive, align my vibration with abundance, and allow wonderful things to flow into my life.” By declaring your intention, you begin the journey with clarity. Additionally, throughout the day, start noticing small abundances around you – the sunlight coming in the window, the abundance of air you have to breathe, a friendly interaction, or the comfort of your home. Make a game of silently acknowledging “This is abundance” whenever you encounter something good or plentiful. This simple awareness practice tunes your mind to look for the positive and plentiful.

Affirmation: “I am a powerful creator, and I am now tuning into the vibration of unlimited abundance.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Find a quiet spot and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, then exhale slowly. Imagine a warm golden light above your head – this light represents abundant energy from the Universe. With each inhale, visualize the golden light pouring into the top of your head, gently filling your body. It moves through your chest, arms, belly, legs, and feet, pooling an aura of golden light around you. With each exhale, release any tension or worry. Mentally affirm: “Abundance is as natural as the air I breathe, and I welcome it now.” Feel your body and mind soaking in this high vibration. After a minute or two of breathing in the golden glow, gently open your eyes. Carry this feeling of being filled with light as you go about your day.

Day 2: The Law of Attraction in Action

Teaching: Today we delve into the Law of Attraction, the core principle behind vibrational alignment. Simply put, like attracts like – whatever energy or emotion you radiate, you attract more of it into your experience. If you consistently feel optimistic and abundant, you’ll draw in circumstances that reflect prosperity and joy. If you often feel worried or lacking, you’ll tend to attract situations that feel scarce. This isn’t about blame; it’s about empowerment. The good news is that you can choose your focus. Every thought is essentially “planning a future event,” as Abraham-Hicks says – worry plans for unwanted outcomes, while appreciation plans for desired ones

abeforum.net. Today, start paying attention to your dominant thoughts. Are you focused on what you desire or on what you lack? The Law of Attraction is always working, whether you focus it deliberately or not. So let’s practice focusing it in your favor. Remember: energy flows where attention goes, and results follow that energy.

Journaling Prompt: Reflect on your current thought patterns. In your journal, describe an area of your life where things are going well. What kinds of thoughts and feelings do you have about this area? Now describe an area where you feel challenged or lacking. What thoughts do you find yourself repeating there? Compare the two. This exercise will show you how your mental focus might be contributing to each situation. For example, you might realize “I always knew I’d succeed at my hobby, so it blossomed,” versus “I constantly worry about money, and it continues to feel tight.” Don’t judge yourself – just observe. How might you shift the way you’re thinking about the challenging area?

Exercise: Focus on what you want. Choose 3 things you deeply desire (they can be material, experiences, feelings – anything). Write each one as a positive statement in the present tense, as if it’s already happening. For example: “I have a rewarding job that I love,” “I am healthy, energized, and fit,” or “I feel loved and supported by my partner.” For each desire, also write why you want it – the positive feelings or benefits it gives you (e.g., “I love my job because I get to be creative and help others, which makes me excited to start each day.”). This two-part writing does two things: stating the desire as reality sets a clear intention, and focusing on why you want it amplifies the good vibrations associated with it. After writing, take a minute for each desire to close your eyes and really feel the emotions – excitement, gratitude, joy – as if it’s already true. This practice aligns your vibration with your desires. Keep these written statements and revisit them whenever you need a boost or to remind yourself to focus on what you do want (instead of any lack).

Affirmation: “What I focus on expands. Today I choose to focus on abundance, blessings, and what I do want.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Sit quietly and take slow breaths. Visualize yourself standing in a gentle spotlight of the Universe’s attention. See a loving energy shining on you, responding to your thoughts. Now, picture one of your desires (perhaps one of the three you wrote) already fulfilled. In this short meditation, imagine you are living that reality right now. See the details – maybe you’re in your new home, or feeling the sunshine on a tropical vacation you wanted, or smiling as you check a bank statement with the figures you desire. Allow a happy smile to appear on your face as you immerse in this scene. Feel the satisfaction and gratitude. Know that by aligning with these feelings, you are attracting that experience to you. Take another deep breath, and end with a silent “Thank you, more please” to the Universe, acknowledging that it’s in motion.

Day 3: Emotions as Your Internal Guidance

Teaching: Your emotions are an infallible guidance system on this journey. They indicate whether you’re in alignment with your Inner Being (and your desires) or not. When you feel positive emotions – happiness, hope, love, appreciation – you are tuned into your higher self’s perspective and the vibration of your desires. When you feel negative emotions – sadness, fear, frustration – it’s a sign that your current thoughts are out of sync with how your Inner Being views the situation. Abraham-Hicks often explain that negative emotion isn’t “bad,” it’s simply a useful signal: it’s saying “Right now, you are focused on something in a way that your higher self isn’t. You’re pinching off the abundance!” Conversely, when you feel joy or relief, you’re allowing the abundance to flow. Today, practice observing your emotions without judgment. Think of them like the dashboard indicators in a car: if the gauge shows low fuel (low mood), it’s time to refuel with something that feels good – not to curse the gauge! Emotions also help you clarify what you want. For example, discomfort around money might be guiding you: “I desire more financial security.”

Journaling Prompt: What emotions do you typically feel about abundance? Take a moment to write down the feelings that arise when you think about topics like money, career, or your general future. Are you generally anxious, hopeful, indifferent, excited? For each key emotion you identify, ask: What is this emotion telling me? For instance, worry might be telling you that you’re focusing on lack or worst-case scenarios, whereas excitement might indicate you truly believe good things are coming. Also, recall a recent situation where you felt really good (happy, at ease) and one where you felt down. What thoughts were you having in each case? This awareness is powerful – it shows how thoughts trigger feelings, and feelings tell you whether those thoughts serve you.

Exercise: Emotional Check-In and Pivot. Today, you will do three emotional check-ins with yourself: morning, midday, and evening (you can even set alarms or notes to remind you). At each check-in, pause and ask: “How do I feel right now?” Name the emotion. If it’s a positive emotion – great! Acknowledge it and take a second to savor that good feeling, reinforcing it. 💖 If it’s a negative emotion or you’re not feeling as good as you’d like, gently pivot: consciously choose a thought that gives you a bit of relief or a better feeling. Even a small shift helps. For example, if you’re feeling stressed about work at midday, you might think, “I’ve gotten through tough days before, I can handle this,” or “I’ll do what I can and trust things will work out.” Notice if that thought brings even a small sigh of relief. You can also use a quick tool like appreciation to shift: find one thing right now to appreciate (even something simple like “this coffee is tasty” or “my friend sent a nice message earlier”). Write down in your journal what you did at each check-in and how your mood responded. This exercise trains you to become aware of your emotional vibrations and to deliberately improve them. Over time, these small adjustments in mood add up to huge shifts in what you attract.

Affirmation: “My emotions are my guide. I honor my feelings and choose thoughts that feel better and better.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Close your eyes and place one hand on your heart. Take a deep breath. Scan your body from head to toe, noticing any emotional tension or physical tightness. Now imagine a soft pink light glowing in your heart center – this light represents unconditional love and well-being (your Inner Being’s essence). With each inhale, see the pink light expand, gently soothing any rough emotions within you; with each exhale, see it dissolve any darkness or heaviness. If you notice a specific worry or negative emotion lingering, silently thank it for guiding you (it’s shown you something important that you want to change), and then on your exhale, release it – see it float away like a little grey cloud leaving your body. On the next inhale, breathe in pink light to fill that space with comfort. Mentally affirm: “It’s okay, everything is working out. I am loved and guided.” Feel the relief and warmth in your heart as you align with your Inner Being’s loving perspective. When you’re ready, open your eyes, carrying the knowledge that your emotions are friendly messengers leading you toward greater joy.

Day 4: Shifting from a Lack Mindset to an Abundance Mindset

Teaching: Many of us have been conditioned to think in terms of lack – focusing on what’s missing, what we don’t have, or what could go wrong. This “lack mindset” carries a low vibration (frustration, fear, envy) and, by the Law of Attraction, tends to perpetuate the very lack we’re worried about. An abundance mindset, on the other hand, focuses on what we do have, what’s going well, and the possibilities of good things to come. This mindset radiates optimism, gratitude, and a sense of enoughness – a high vibration that attracts more to be optimistic about. As Abraham-Hicks points out, if something you desire isn’t coming, it’s often because you’re paying more attention to its absence than its presence

abeforum.net. In other words, dwelling on “I don’t have enough (money, love, time, etc.)” sends out a signal of not having, which can only bring more experiences of not having. The shift to make is subtle but powerful: start noticing and feeling thankful for the abundance that is already around you (no matter how small), and expect more to flow. This doesn’t mean ignoring problems; it means changing perspective to empower solutions. There is always another way to look at a situation – one that feels more hopeful. Today, practice becoming aware of lack-based thoughts and gently pivoting them into abundance-based thoughts. You’ll be retraining your mind to look for what’s right and plentiful. 🌱

Journaling Prompt: Identify and Reframe a Lack Thought. Think of one belief or thought about your life that has a “lack” tone to it – something you catch yourself thinking often. Write it down honestly. For example: “I never have enough money left at the end of the month,” or “There just aren’t any good opportunities for me right now.” Now, ask yourself: Is this thought absolutely true, or is it just a habitual perspective? How does thinking it make you feel? Likely not great. Next, on a new line, rewrite that thought from an abundance perspective. Find a way to express it that feels better and that you can believe (we’re not asking you to lie to yourself, but to find a truer, higher viewpoint). Using the examples above, you might rewrite: “I am learning to manage my money, and I always end up with what I truly need,” or “New opportunities are always coming; I only need one right door to open, and I’m excited to find it.” Choose wording that resonates with you. How does your new statement make you feel compared to the old one? Jot down the emotional shift. This exercise shows that every thought has a positive alternative that can free up the flow of abundance.

Exercise: No-Complaint Challenge & Thought Refocusing. For the rest of today, challenge yourself to not complain about anything related to lack or “not enough.” This means if you catch yourself starting to say or think a statement like “I can’t afford X” or “I hate that I only have Y,” you’ll stop and do a quick pivot. Instead of voicing the complaint, take a brief breath and replace it with a more abundant viewpoint. For example: if you were about to complain “Ugh, I don’t have time to finish this project,” you could say to yourself, “I’ll prioritize and do what I can – I have enough time for what’s important.” If you start to think “I never get any breaks,” you might pivot to, “Some great opportunities have come my way, and more are lining up.” Make it a game! Each time you successfully catch and flip a lack thought, give yourself an internal high-five. 🤗 In your journal (or a note on your phone), keep a little tally or note of which thoughts you rephrased. By day’s end, reflect: How did this challenge make you feel? Did you notice a boost in mood or any small wins? Even if you slipped up, celebrate the fact that you’re now aware of these patterns – that’s a huge step. Over time, this practice can literally rewire your default thinking from scarcity to plenty.

Affirmation: “I now choose to see the abundance that surrounds me. I replace thoughts of lack with thoughts of appreciation and possibility.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Get comfortable and take a calming breath. Visualization: Imagine you’re holding two lenses or glasses in your hands. The lens in your left hand is the Lack Lens – when you put it on, everything looks dim, small, and not enough. The lens in your right hand is the Abundance Lens – when you wear it, everything appears brighter, expansive, and more than enough. In your mind’s eye, playfully put on the Lack Lens for a moment: see a scenario of your life (perhaps about finances or something you worry about) through it – colors muted, feeling of constriction. Notice how your body feels (probably tense). Now remove those and put on the Abundance Lens: see the same scenario, but now with a optimistic glow – perhaps you see solutions appearing, resources and help around you, the future bright. Feel the relief and hope that comes with this clearer vision. Breathe deeply. Allow the Abundance Lens to merge with you, becoming your new eyes. As you sit, affirm: “This is how I choose to see my world now – as abundant, friendly, and full of possibilities.” Bask in the lighter feeling for a few more breaths. When you open your eyes, carry that intention to view life through the lens of abundance.

Day 5: The Power of Gratitude and Appreciation

Teaching: Gratitude is one of the most potent vibrations you can activate. When you feel genuine appreciation, your heart is wide open and you’re in a state of receiving. In fact, Abraham-Hicks often say that if all you did was look for things to appreciate, you’d live “a joyously spectacular life”

abeforum.net. Gratitude shifts your focus to what is working, what is enough, and what is good right now. This not only feels wonderful in the moment, but by the Law of Attraction it draws more things into your life for you to appreciate. Think of appreciation as the fertile soil in which your desires grow best. It’s hard for blessings to grow in the soil of resentment or fear, but in appreciation, they flourish. Today’s practice centers on ramping up that gratitude. Remember, no matter how small something may seem, if you can sincerely feel thankful for it, you’re boosting your vibration. Every little positive thought counts. Also, gratitude isn’t meant to dismiss challenges; it’s meant to help you find strength and positivity even in the midst of them. By appreciating what you have, you signal to the Universe “Yes, more of this please!” Let’s flex those gratitude muscles. 🙏

Journaling Prompt: Count Your Blessings. Make a list of 10 things you’re grateful for in your life right now. They can be as grand or as simple as you like – from “the roof over my head” or “my morning coffee” to “my best friend who always listens” or “my ability to learn and grow.” Don’t just list them; for each item, write a sentence or two about why you appreciate it and how it makes you feel. For example: “I am grateful for my cozy bed because it gives me rest and comfort every night; I feel safe and rejuvenated when I wake up.” After listing your 10 blessings and reasons, read over your list slowly. Notice the feeling in your heart. Do you feel a bit warmer, more content, maybe even smiling? Note in your journal how focusing on these blessings affects your mood. This exercise not only highlights the abundance already present in your life, but also amplifies it through your heartfelt acknowledgment.

Exercise: Rampage of Appreciation. This is a fun process borrowed from Abraham-Hicks designed to rapidly raise your vibration. The idea is to spend a few minutes in a flow of pure appreciative thoughts. Find a quiet space (or you can even do this while driving or showering, aloud or in your mind). Begin with one subject that’s easy for you to love – it could be your pet, a favorite hobby, a beautiful day, or even something general like the sunshine. Now, go on a rampage by expressing as many genuinely positive thoughts about it as you can, one after the other. Let one thought lead to the next. For example: “I love the way the sunlight is coming through the window… It feels so warm on my skin… It’s illuminating the colors in the room beautifully… I feel my mood lifting when I see the morning sun… I’m so grateful for this new day and the fresh start it brings…” Keep going as long as you can (aim for at least 1-2 minutes nonstop). If you finish with one subject and feel on a roll, you can jump to another subject and continue appreciating. Speak out loud if possible (enthusiastically, like you’re talking to a friend about something you love), because vocalizing can engage your emotions more. But writing is okay too if that feels better. The key is the feeling – let yourself really feel the positive momentum building. You might notice yourself feeling almost giddy or at least significantly brighter after doing this. Throughout the day, if you find yourself in a waiting line or with a spare moment, do a mini rampage in your head about anything you see (e.g., appreciate the efficiency of the store, the kindness of a cashier, the weather, etc.). The more you practice appreciation, the more natural it becomes to live in a state of gratitude.

Affirmation: “I am grateful for all that I have, and I joyfully welcome even more blessings into my life.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Sit comfortably and take a slow, deep breath. Heart Gratitude Meditation: Bring to mind something that easily makes you smile – perhaps one of the items from your gratitude list or a person you love dearly. As you inhale, imagine you are breathing in warm, golden light into your heart. With each exhale, mentally whisper “Thank you.” You might direct this thank you to the Universe, to the subject of your gratitude, or just as a general expression. Now, recall one specific moment that filled you with gratitude (it could be a memory like a loved one helping you, a personal achievement, or a moment of peace in nature). Re-live that moment in your mind. Feel the thankful feelings as if they’re happening right now. Let those feelings expand in your chest – you might even place your hand on your heart and feel its gentle beat, another thing to appreciate. Breathe softly, and with each exhale, let that golden light of gratitude spread from your heart through your whole body, up to the top of your head and down to your toes. You are glowing with appreciation. Conclude by affirming in your mind: “Thank you for all of this. I am truly blessed.” Carry this warmth with you through your day.

Day 6: Visualizing Your Abundant Life

Teaching: Visualization is a powerful tool to align your vibration with your desires. When you vividly imagine something joyful or abundant, your mind and body respond as if it’s real – you start feeling the emotions of that experience, which tunes your vibration to match it. As Abraham-Hicks advises: “Never mind what is. Imagine it the way you want it to be so that your vibration is a match to your desire.”

abeforum.net In essence, stop giving so much attention to “reality” if it’s not what you want, and give more attention to the reality you do want to create. Visualization is like a mental rehearsal for living your dreams. It helps you build belief and expectation. It’s also fun – like daydreaming with intention! Today, we’ll practice visualizing aspects of your abundant life in detail. The key is to relax and enjoy it; you’re not “forcing” anything to happen in real life right this second, you’re simply practicing the feeling of having it, which is a powerful step in manifestation. Remember, the Universe doesn’t distinguish between whether you’re currently living something or just imagining it – it responds to your vibration

abeforum.net. So if you spend time feeling as though your dreams are happening, the Universe figures “oh, it’s happening” and orchestrates events to mirror that. Let’s flex that imagination!

Journaling Prompt: Script a Scene from Your Dream Life. Choose an area of your life you’d like to enrich (finance, career, love, health – whatever feels exciting to focus on). Now write a journal entry from the future, describing a day or a specific event in that area as if it’s already wonderfully fulfilled. Be very detailed and positive. For example, if you chose career, you might write about a day at your dream job or business: “I wake up excited to start the day in my thriving design studio. Sunlight pours into my beautiful home office as I sip my coffee. I feel so inspired and grateful that I get to be creative today. My email inbox has three messages from happy clients who loved my latest designs and one inquiry about a new project that really aligns with my passion…” and so on. Include sensory details (sights, sounds, smells) and, most importantly, describe how you feel living this reality (proud, free, joyous, at peace, etc.). Let your imagination run – don’t worry about “how” it all came about, just paint the picture of it already real. This journaling exercise is essentially written visualization (also known as “scripting”). Take your time and really sink into it. When finished, read it over and notice how your mood is. Ideally, you feel uplifted and excited.

Exercise: Guided Visualization Session. Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed for a few minutes. You can do this sitting or lying down, whichever is more comfortable (just don’t fall asleep!). Close your eyes and take a few relaxing breaths. Now, bring to mind the scenario you just journaled about (or any abundant life scenario you want to imagine). Step into that mental movie. See it through your own eyes as if it’s happening right now. Use all your senses: What do you see around you? (Maybe the decor of your dream home, or the tropical beach on that vacation, or the smiling face of a loved one.) What do you hear? (Maybe laughter, ocean waves, the sound of your new car’s engine, etc.) What can you touch or feel? (The warmth of the sun, the textures around you.) Even incorporate smell and taste if applicable (the aroma of delicious food at your celebratory dinner, etc.). Now focus on the emotions: feel the joy, security, freedom, or excitement of this moment. Really let it well up in your heart – perhaps you feel “Yes! I did it” or a peaceful “All is well, I have everything I need”. Bask in that feeling. It’s okay if your mind tries to wander or doubt (“this isn’t real”); just gently guide it back to the scene, as if you’re daydreaming. Spend a good 2-5 minutes in this visualization, enjoying every second. When you’re ready, take one more deep breath and “lock in” the feeling – you might even place your hand on your heart and say, “This feeling is mine and it’s coming to me in reality.” Open your eyes slowly. You just sent a crystal-clear signal of your desire to the Universe! The images may fade after a while, but the vibration you activated will continue to work. You can repeat this visualization often – the more you do it with positive emotion, the stronger your attraction power.

Affirmation: “I visualize my abundant life with clarity and joy. I can feel it, and I know it is on its way to me.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Get comfortable and close your eyes. Creative Spark Meditation: Imagine a blank canvas or a vision board in your mind’s eye. Now, see yourself gently placing images or symbols of things you desire onto this canvas. Maybe you “paint” a stack of money (representing financial freedom), a stick-figure couple (representing love), a healthy body, a travel destination, etc. With each image you add, feel a little spark of excitement. See the canvas coming to life with vibrant colors and pictures of your choosing. Now imagine stepping into the canvas, as if it becomes a living world. You are now inside your vision, surrounded by these fulfilled desires. Take a moment to feel grateful for each one – thank you for this abundance, thank you for my healthy body, thank you for this loving relationship, etc. Feel the emotions of having each thing. In your mind, hear yourself saying, “Yes! This is my life.” Take one more deep breath, anchoring that joyful certainty. Even as you end the meditation and open your eyes, carry the knowing that you have already created your desire vibrationally. It’s real in your inner world, and it’s flowing to you in the outer world.

Day 7: Affirming Abundance – The Power of Words

Teaching: Affirmations are positive statements that can help reprogram your mind and cultivate the feelings of your desires. As you consistently repeat an affirmation (and align with its feeling), it becomes a new belief. Remember, as Abraham-Hicks says, “A belief is only a thought you continue to think; and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality.”

abeforum.net In other words, by choosing to think new supportive thoughts repeatedly, you shift your beliefs to support the outcome you want. The words we speak and think are very powerful – they are declarations of our expectations. Often, we’ve affirmed lack without realizing it (saying things like “I can’t afford that” or “I’m so unlucky” is essentially affirming scarcity or powerlessness). Starting today, we’re going to consciously affirm abundance, ease, and positive expectations. Think of affirmations as planting seeds in your subconscious. At first, you might not fully believe the new statement – that’s okay. With repetition and the good feelings you generate as you say it, the seed will take root. Choose affirmations that feel encouraging and believable to you right now, and over time you can ramp them up. The tone of Abraham-style teachings is always about ease and empowerment, so ensure your affirmations carry that warm, uplifting vibe.

Journaling Prompt: Reframe Your Story. Write down a few common phrases you catch yourself saying or thinking that reflect a limiting belief or negative pattern. These could be things like: “I never have enough money,” “I’m bad at managing finances,” “Good opportunities don’t come to me,” or even non-money ones like “I struggle to lose weight” or “I always attract the wrong partners.” Be honest – this is about bringing those old mental tapes into the light. Now, for each one, create a new empowering affirmation to replace it. Write the new statements in the present tense, as if already true, and make sure they feel better to you (even if not 100% “true” yet, they should at least feel possible or uplifting). For example: the above could become “Money flows to me in increasing amounts,” “I am learning to master my finances and I’m doing better each day,” “Amazing opportunities find me easily,” “I treat my body with love and it responds with health,” or “I deserve and attract loving, supportive relationships.” There’s no one right affirmation – choose wording that resonates for you. After writing them, look at each new affirmation and pause. How does it feel? Does it spark a little hope or excitement? Does it feel calming or encouraging? If any affirmation still feels off (“too good to be true” or causes resistance), tweak the wording to be more acceptable. You could add “I am open to…” or “I’m in the process of…” (e.g., “I’m in the process of attracting more money” if “Money flows to me abundantly” feels too far). The goal is a set of statements that make you feel empowered and positive when you read them.

Exercise: Affirmation Practice. Take 2–3 of the strongest affirmations you crafted (the ones that give you a little thrill or sense of “yes!”). Today, you will weave them into your day frequently. Here are some ways to practice:

  • Mirror work: First thing in the morning or at some point today, stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and say your affirmations out loud. Say them with meaning, as if you are encouraging your best friend – because you are your best friend! For example, look at yourself and say, “I am worthy of abundance; I am attracting wealth and happiness every day.” It might feel awkward at first, but it’s a great confidence booster. Smile at yourself, use your name if you want (e.g., “Sarah, you deserve all good things”). Notice the positive energy this creates.
  • Write or display them: Write your chosen affirmations on sticky notes and place them where you’ll see them – on your bathroom mirror, fridge, car dashboard, or computer monitor. Each time you see the note, pause for a second to really say it and feel it. You can also set a reminder on your phone that pops up mid-day with an affirmation, prompting you to repeat it.
  • Affirmation breaks: Maybe at lunch or mid-afternoon, take a 2-minute break, close your eyes, and repeat your affirmations mentally or aloud like a mantra. Feel the meaning of the words. You might even link the affirmation to your breath (inhale, mentally say first half; exhale, say second half – e.g., inhale “I am open to abundance,” exhale “and abundance is open to me”).

Throughout the day, whenever you notice a negative thought creeping in, you can counter it by plugging in an affirmation. It’s like changing the channel in your mind. For instance, if you catch yourself worrying “What if I don’t have enough?” immediately take a breath and affirm, “I always have enough; the Universe provides for me in expected and unexpected ways.” You are rewriting your mental story. At the end of the day, jot down in your journal any shifts you noticed. Did you feel more upbeat? Did circumstances reflect your affirmations in any way (even small, like finding a coin after affirming abundance)? Sometimes it happens that quickly! If not, no worries – trust that seeds are being planted. Repetition is key, so keep these affirmations active in the days ahead.

Affirmation: “I am worthy of abundance in all areas. Every day I am attracting more and more good into my life.” (Feel free to also use the personal affirmations you created – this is a bonus one.)

Meditation (1–2 min): Affirmation Inhale-Exhale: Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few relaxing breaths. Choose a short affirmation that resonates deeply right now (for example, “I am abundant and life is good to me”). As you inhale, mentally say the first part: “I am abundant…” Feel the breath filling you with that truth. As you exhale, mentally complete: “…and life is good to me.” Feel any stress leaving with the out-breath, as well as any doubt. Continue this rhythmically: inhale with “I am abundant” (or your chosen words) – exhale “life is good to me.” Inhale: I receive abundance – exhale: I give thanks. Inhale: I am worthy – exhale: I am blessed. (You can cycle through a few affirmations if that feels nice.) Do this for about a minute or so. Let each affirmation sink in deeper with each breath. Now let go of the words and just sit for a few more breaths in the energy you’ve created – the feeling of truth and empowerment. You are literally breathing in new beliefs and breathing out the old. When you’re ready, open your eyes. Carry this affirmed state of mind with you.

Day 8: Releasing Resistance and Embracing Ease

Teaching: Up until now, we’ve been focusing on raising your vibration through positive focus. Equally important in the Abraham-Hicks philosophy is releasing resistance. Resistance is anything in our thoughts or feelings that pushes against what we want – it can be worry, doubt, fear, or trying to control every detail. It’s like having one foot on the gas (your desire) and one foot on the brake (your doubt) at the same time. It’s exhausting and slows manifestation. The opposite of resistance is allowing or ease. Abraham often emphasizes that “the path of least resistance” (the path of ease and flow) is how the Universe delivers what we want. Our job is not to force the manifestation, but to create an environment (our vibration) that allows it. Think of rowing a boat: resistance is like rowing upstream, against the current – lots of effort, little progress, and you feel worn out. Allowing is like dropping the oars and letting the current carry you downstream – it might feel counterintuitive to not paddle, but the stream (Source) will guide you to where you want to go with far less effort

awakeningvisions.com

awakeningvisions.com. Today’s theme is about trusting and letting go. This doesn’t mean giving up on your desire; it means giving up the struggle around it. When you relax and trust, you open the door for miracles and inspired ideas to enter. You might be surprised how fast things can move when you’re not holding them back with tension. The tone for today is relief – ahh, I can just breathe and allow well-being to flow.

Journaling Prompt: What am I resisting? Take a moment to reflect in your journal: Is there something you’ve been feeling a lot of stress or tension about? It could be related to money (“How will I pay that bill?”), work (“I have to get this promotion or else…”), or any personal goal (“Why haven’t I manifested X yet?”). Write about this issue and how it makes you feel when you struggle with it. Acknowledge any fears or frustrations. Now, gently ask yourself: What would it feel like to trust that this situation will work out? Write about how you could soften your approach. For instance, “If I truly believed the Universe has my back with this debt, maybe I’d feel some relief and stop beating up on myself. I’d know answers are coming. I might even take a break from worrying and do something fun tonight, trusting that I’ll handle it better when I’m refreshed.” Describe what letting go of the worry (even a little) might look like. Also, consider if there’s any benefit to holding on to the worry – sometimes we think worrying = being responsible, but really it just lowers our vibration. What if being at ease is actually the most responsible thing, because it allows solutions? Jot down any thoughts that come. By the end of this reflection, aim to have a perspective like, “I’ve done a lot of paddling; maybe I can afford to let the stream carry me a bit.”

Exercise: Letting Go Practice – Downstream Focus. Today, deliberately release control or worry about one thing that’s been bothering you. This is an experiment – just for today. Pick a topic (perhaps the one you wrote about). Now, whenever it comes to mind, you will do one of two things: either replace the worrisome thought with a soothing one or distract yourself with something pleasant. Here are concrete steps to practice ease:

  1. Catch and Release Thought: The moment you notice your mind chewing on the problem (an anxious thought looping), pause. Take a slow breath and on the exhale imagine you are blowing the thought away like a dandelion fluff. You can even say to yourself, “I let this go for now.” Then, introduce a gentle downstream thought – one that feels like relief or trust. Examples: “It’s okay, things have a way of working out.” or “I don’t have to figure this all out right now. I’ll focus on what I can do and trust the rest.” or simply “Let it be, let it flow.” The exact words matter less than the feeling of ahh, release. You should feel a slight lessening of tension when you find the right thought.
  2. Do Something Soothing: After releasing the thought, if you can, shift your attention to something more enjoyable or neutral. Stand up and stretch, get a glass of water, step outside for a moment and breathe fresh air, listen to a favorite song, or think about something that’s going right in your life. The aim is to break the cycle of worry and not immediately pick the oars back up. If the topic returns to your mind in 5 minutes, repeat the process: breathe, affirm ease, then move on again. It might pop up a hundred times – that’s okay, you’re training a new response. Each time you pivot from tension to ease, you’re taking your foot off the brake.
  3. Embrace “good enough” and flow: Give yourself permission today to not strive for perfection or overanalyze outcomes. If you notice yourself trying to micromanage something (at work or home), see if you can step back and say, “I’ll do this with ease and trust it’s enough.” You might find you’re actually more productive and creative when relaxed.

At the end of the day, journal a few notes: How did it feel to consciously “let go” throughout the day? Did anything surprising happen when you released resistance – perhaps you felt lighter, or someone else stepped in to help, or a solution appeared “out of the blue”? Often, when we create a gap by not filling it with worry, inspiration or answers have space to enter. Even if you didn’t notice big changes yet, congratulate yourself – you practiced the Art of Allowing today. You can always refine this skill; it’s a lifetime tool for alignment.

Affirmation: “I release my worries and resistance. I allow the Universe to guide me on the path of least resistance – the path of ease, flow, and grace.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Downstream Visualization: Sit quietly and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and imagine you’re exhaling all your stresses as a dark cloud. Watch that cloud float far away. Now, picture yourself floating on a gentle river. You’re lying on a soft raft or perhaps floating comfortably on your back in the water. The sun is warm, the sky is blue, and the current is carrying you silently downstream. You have nowhere to be but here, and it feels safe. You dip your fingers in the cool water as you glide. This river knows exactly where to take you – to all your desires – so you don’t have to strain or worry. You feel supported. If any thoughts or “rocks” of resistance appear in the river (like a worry bobbing up), you simply float around them, easily and naturally. In this state, say to yourself: “I trust the flow of life. I am taken care of.” Feel the relief of not having to paddle right now. There’s a phrase Abraham uses: “Everything is always working out for me.” Say this in your mind a few times: Everything is always working out for me. Let the truth of that sink in as you continue to drift peacefully. Notice how your body feels lighter. In this relaxed openness, you might even receive a gentle idea or inspiration regarding your life – if so, great, if not, no problem. The goal is simply to revel in the ease. Take another slow breath, enjoying the security and freedom of the downstream ride. When you’re ready, open your eyes. Carry this feeling of trust and ease with you, and remember it whenever you feel yourself tensing up – you can always pause and revisit this river in your mind.

Day 9: Living “In the Vortex” – Alignment with Your Inner Being

Teaching: Abraham-Hicks often speak of “the Vortex,” which is essentially the vibrational reality where everything you desire (and the expanded version of you) resides. Being “in the Vortex” means being in a state of alignment, love, and joy – you’re tuned into your Inner Being and Source Energy. It’s that feeling when you’re in the zone: happy for no reason, everything feels right, you’re brimming with positive energy. In practical terms, being in the Vortex is feeling really good! When you’re in this state, you’re a match to all the cooperative components in your Vortex (all your desires), and they can flow into your experience easily. Think of it like this: all the abundance and things you’ve been asking for are spinning in this vortex of creation, and you “enter” it by raising your vibration to a place of love, appreciation, and enthusiasm. You might recall times in your life when you naturally felt in the Vortex – maybe while absorbed in a hobby you love, or laughing with friends, or appreciating a gorgeous sunset, or after a great meditation. In those moments, you weren’t worried about anything; you were fully present and joyful. Today’s focus is to deliberately create more of those moments. The more time you spend in the Vortex, the more you allow your desires to manifest (plus, life is a lot more fun!). Don’t worry about staying there 24/7 – even seasoned practitioners dip out, and that’s okay. The idea is to become familiar with that aligned state so you can return to it more easily and frequently. As Abraham says, “You cannot uplift others unless you are in the Vortex”

awakeningvisions.com – meaning your greatest gift to the world (and yourself) is your own alignment and happiness. So let’s practice getting into that sweet spot of alignment.

Journaling Prompt: Recall Your High-Vibe Moments. In your journal, describe one of the happiest or most aligned moments of your life that you can remember. It could be a recent memory or something from years ago. What were you doing? Who were you with (if anyone)? How did you feel? Try to recapture it in writing – “I remember feeling so light and free when…” or “I was doing __ and time flew by; I felt completely at ease and joyful because…”. Now ask yourself: What activities or experiences consistently make me feel that way – in the zone, joyous, or deeply satisfied? Make a list of at least 5 things that usually put you in a great mood. These can be simple like “playing guitar,” “dancing in my living room,” “cooking a new recipe,” “hiking in nature,” “painting or any creative work,” “quality time with my pet,” “watching a hilarious comedy,” etc. Everyone’s list is personal. Next to each item, write roughly how it makes you feel (e.g., “creative,” “playful,” “connected,” “at peace”). This list is pure gold – it’s your custom guide to entering the Vortex. It contains the keys to alignment that are unique to you.

Exercise: Deliberate Vortex Time. Choose one of the feel-good activities from your list (ideally one you can do today without much difficulty). Your assignment is to spend at least 15-20 minutes doing this activity with your full presence and intention of joy. Consider this sacred alignment time. For example, if you chose dancing, put on music and dance like no one’s watching, purely for the fun of it. If you chose drawing or writing, lose yourself in that creative flow. If it’s something like spending time with a pet or child, engage playfully and mindfully, soaking up the love. Before you start, set an intention: say to yourself, “For the next 20 minutes, nothing else matters except enjoying this. I’m doing this to feel good and align with my true self.” As you engage in the activity, notice how you feel. If you find your mind drifting to worries, gently remind yourself that this is your Vortex time – other thoughts can wait. Bring your focus back to the enjoyment at hand. After your session, sit for a moment and acknowledge the energy in your body and mood. Do you feel happier, freer, more “you”? That means you’re in the Vortex or very close!

Additionally, throughout the day, look for small opportunities to get into alignment. For instance: play upbeat music during your commute and sing along (instant vibe lift), or step outside and appreciate the beauty of the day for a few minutes. Sometimes just daydreaming about something wonderful or recalling a favorite joke can pop you into the Vortex briefly. The goal is not to force happiness, but to gently allow more moments of joy.

Finally, write a few lines in your journal tonight about what you did and how it affected your day. Did things seem to flow easier after you deliberately got happy? Often you’ll notice synchronicities or a smoother day when you start from the Vortex. If you experienced that, note it. If not, that’s okay too – you still did the most important thing: you nourished your spirit.

Affirmation: “Feeling good is my highest priority. I choose joy, and by doing so I align with the loving energy of my Inner Being.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Vortex Immersion: Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Imagine a beautiful, gentle whirlwind or vortex of energy swirling around you. It’s made of sparkling light and soft colors – whatever colors feel happy and soothing to you. This vortex is pure positive energy. Now, step into the center of it. Feel it swirling around you, but in the center, you are calm and elated. See if you can sense a feeling of euphoria or love touching you – perhaps you even hear faint joyful laughter or uplifting music in this space. This is the vibration of all your desires and Source itself. As you stand there, any leftover resistance or negative thoughts on you are being swept away by the vortex walls, flung outwards. You are left with your essence: light, joyful, and free. In this meditation, silently affirm: “This is my true home – a state of joy and love. I belong in this good feeling place.” Picture yourself extending your arms out (in your mind) and spinning or dancing a little in the vortex, like a child would dance when they’re extremely happy. Feel that exhilaration. Even a few seconds of deliberately invoking this feeling can do wonders. Now the vortex slows to a stop, but all the sparkles of that good energy absorb into your body, so you carry the Vortex with you. Take one more deep breath, and open your eyes. Remember, the real “Vortex” is not a place but a state of being, and you can re-enter it whenever you choose through joy and love.

Day 10: Allowing Well-Being and Trusting Life

Teaching: At this point, you’ve been practicing raising your vibration and focusing positively. Today, we highlight a core Abraham-Hicks message: Well-being is the basis of everything. Your natural state is one of health, abundance, and goodness – you don’t have to earn it or make it happen, you just have to allow it. Often we unintentionally block well-being by worrying or trying to control every outcome. But if we step out of the way, like clouds parting to let the sun through, well-being naturally shines on us. Abraham reassures us, “Everything is unfolding perfectly, and as you relax and find ease in your attitude of trust knowing that well-being is your birth-right, amazing things will happen.”

abeforum.net. Today is about relaxing into trust. Think of all the processes happening right now that you don’t have to manage: your heart is beating, your lungs breathing, plants are growing, planets are spinning – there’s a larger intelligence taking care of things. You can cooperate with it by chilling out a bit! When you trust life, you open up to its inherent generosity. Allowing well-being also means being kind to yourself – giving yourself permission to feel good now, not only after you achieve X, Y, Z. You deserve to feel good because feeling good is your natural inheritance. So today, we practice the art of receiving – receiving relaxation, comfort, and the idea that the Universe is conspiring in your favor.

Journaling Prompt: Evidence of Well-Being. Reflect on your life and list some ways in which things have worked out for you or support has shown up at the right time. Consider experiences like: an opportunity that came seemingly out of nowhere, a person who helped you when you needed it, an accident you narrowly avoided, your body healing from an illness, or even simple things like the way a tough day ended with a comforting meal or kind word. Write at least 3-5 such instances in your journal. For each one, acknowledge how the Universe (or life) had your back in that moment. Example: “When I lost my job, I was so scared, but then an old colleague contacted me with a freelance gig that bridged me until I found a new position – that felt like more than coincidence.” Or “I remember being heartbroken after a breakup, but that period led me to discover meditation and amazing new friends – true well-being was working its way in.” By recounting these, you strengthen your trust that well-being really is all around you, and things often do fall into place. Next, write a short paragraph starting with, “If I fully trusted that well-being is my birthright and that life loves me, I would feel…”. Let the words flow. Maybe you’d feel safe, relaxed, confident, free. Describe how your days might be different with that unshakable trust (perhaps you’d worry less about money or outcomes, and enjoy more). There’s no right answer – it’s about envisioning the relief and confidence that comes with deep trust.

Exercise: Relax and Receive. Today, your exercise is to deliberately enter a state of allowing. In practical terms, this means doing something relaxing and enjoyable without any agenda, and letting yourself bask in it. Think of it as a self-care ritual – because taking care of yourself signals that you expect good (well-being) to come to you. Here are a few ideas; choose what resonates or invent your own:

  • Meditative Relaxation: Find 15 minutes to sit or lie down and listen to soothing music (or sit in silence if you prefer). Not to “meditate to manifest” or anything – just to give your mind and body a rest. If thoughts race, maybe use a simple focus like listening to your breath or imagining a serene scene. Treat this time as if the Universe is pouring well-being into you with each breath.
  • Nature time: If possible, spend some time in nature today – a park, your backyard, even just the balcony with the sky above. Nature is an easy conduit of well-being. While there, consciously let go of your to-do list. Watch the clouds, feel the breeze, observe a bird or tree with the mindset: “All is well, and I’m part of this beautiful world.”
  • Gentle yoga or stretching: Move your body in a slow, mindful way, focusing on how good it feels to release tension from your muscles. With each stretch, imagine you’re also releasing resistance and making room for well-being to flow.
  • Quality rest or nap: If you’re tired, give yourself permission to nap or go to bed early. Abraham often humorously says if all else fails, take a nap to stop resistant thoughts. When you wake up, you often feel reset – that’s receiving well-being.
  • Enjoy a guilt-free pleasure: That might be sipping a cup of tea while doing nothing else, taking a warm bath with scented salts, or losing yourself in a novel for an hour. The key is “guilt-free” – remind yourself you’re not wasting time, you’re allowing well-being and recharging your vibration.

While you do any of these, internally affirm something like: “I deserve to feel good. It’s safe for me to relax. In this relaxation, I’m letting in all the good things life has for me.” Visualize tension or negative worries melting away from you, clearing space for positive energy.

By actively relaxing, you might notice afterward that you feel more optimistic or ideas/solutions come to you easily. Make a mental (or written) note of any such inspiration or positive synchronicity that occurs after you’ve spent time in an allowing mode. Often, when we stop trying so hard, what we were trying to achieve shows up naturally.

Affirmation: “Well-being is my natural state. I relax, trust, and allow the abundant goodness of the Universe to flow to me and through me.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Open to Receive Meditation: Sit comfortably and imagine above you a large, warm sunlight (the essence of Source/Universe). Close your eyes and inhale deeply. As you exhale, release any tension in your shoulders and say to yourself, “I release.” Now, as you inhale, imagine that sunlight pouring down through the top of your head, slowly filling your body from head to toe with golden warmth. As you breathe in, say to yourself, “I receive.” Continue this cycle for a minute: exhaling “I release” (letting go of worries, resistance, tightness) and inhaling “I receive” (inviting in well-being, light, love). Feel your body get heavier and more relaxed with each exhale, sinking into support, and brighter and lighter with each inhale as the golden light fills every cell. Now let go of the words and just sit for a few more natural breaths, feeling the gentle glow within you. You might mentally affirm: “I allow good things to come easily. I am taken care of.” If you want, imagine opening your arms wide (in your mind or physically) as a gesture of being open to receive. There is nothing else you need to do in this moment – just be and let the Universe’s love wash over you. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. You might end by softly saying, “Thank you, I know you’ve got this” – a note of trust to life.

Day 11: Seeing Abundance in All Forms

Teaching: Abundance is not just about money – it’s a universal principle of plenty that shows up in countless ways. The more you recognize abundance all around you, the more you vibrate in tune with it, and the more of every kind of abundance flows into your experience (including money, if that’s a desire). Abraham-Hicks often point out how nature reflects abundance effortlessly: trees aren’t counting their leaves, the ocean isn’t measured in cups, the sun’s energy is inexhaustible. There’s an overflowing of life force everywhere. Today’s lesson is about broadening your perspective of what abundance means and spotting it in places you might have overlooked. This does two things: it makes you feel rich in life right now (regardless of your bank account), and it re-trains your brain to default to abundance rather than lack. Remember, like attracts like – when you consistently feel “I have so much,” more will be given. Abundance can be found in friendship, love, creativity, opportunities, ideas, beauty, time, etc. Cultivate a mindset of “there is always more where that came from,” which is the opposite of the limiting mindset of scarcity. Life is not a zero-sum game – someone else’s success doesn’t diminish yours, and there’s more than enough for everyone. In fact, Abraham says the Universe expands with each new desire, creating more abundance for all. So let’s celebrate and amplify all forms of abundance today!

Journaling Prompt: Abundance Beyond Money. List out different categories of your life and note how abundance is present in each one. For example:

  • Relationships: Do you have an abundance of love from family or friends? Maybe an abundance of laughter with a certain friend? Support from a community? Write about the love, kindness, or fun you receive (and give). “I have an abundance of love in my life, shown by …”
  • Skills and Talents: Do you have plentiful ideas or creative talents? Perhaps an abundance of knowledge in a certain area, or many skills that help you? Acknowledge them. “I’m abundant in creative ideas – they flow to me often,” or “I’ve accumulated a wealth of experience in my field.”
  • Time and Freedom: While we all have 24 hours, maybe you have flexibility in your schedule or an abundance of moments each day you can call your own. Or perhaps you feel abundant in the sense that you’re young and have a lot of life ahead, or older and have an abundance of wisdom and memories.
  • Health: Note the abundance of energy or strength your body gives you (even if not perfect, focus on what does work well – e.g., millions of cells healing and working, abundance of breaths you take, etc.).
  • Material comforts: Beyond money, look at things like: an abundance of books on your shelf (knowledge at your fingertips), an abundance of clothes to choose from each day, gadgets that save you time, etc. Even having options is a form of abundance.

Write a few sentences for each category where you recognize abundance. For instance: “When it comes to friends, I’m so rich – I have many people I can trust and have fun with.” or “My mind is an abundant source of ideas; they never run out.” After writing this, read over it and let it really sink in: Wow, I do live in a state of plenty in so many ways. You might feel a surge of gratitude or a sense of being “full” of good things already – that’s the vibration of abundance!

Exercise: Abundance Scavenger Hunt. Today, you’ll go on a little scavenger hunt for visible signs of abundance in your environment. This can actually be really fun. 😊 The goal is to train your perception. Here are some things to look for:

  • In Nature: At the first opportunity (maybe during a break or on your way somewhere), pay close attention to nature. Count the number of flowers in a bush, or the leaves on a tree (okay, not all of them, but notice there are far too many to count!). Look at the sky – an abundance of stars at night or clouds in interesting shapes. Listen if you can hear many birds chirping – an abundance of sounds. Even a single lawn has thousands of blades of grass. Note these: “I see abundance in that huge cluster of blossoms,” “I see abundance in the endless horizon over the ocean/lake/fields,” etc.
  • People and Connections: If you go through a city or even online on social media, observe the abundance of people and stories. For example, an abundance of different restaurants (each started by someone’s desire), an abundance of cars on the road (so many people prosperous enough to have cars, and going places), an abundance of posts or art created by countless individuals. Instead of seeing it as overwhelming, marvel at the sheer volume of life and creation happening. “There are so many creative businesses on this street – abundance of entrepreneurship!”
  • Opportunities and Options: Notice abundance in choices you have. At a grocery store, an abundance of food items from all over the world available to you. When checking something on your phone, an abundance of information at your fingertips. Even the fact that there are multiple routes to drive home or multiple ways to spend an evening – that’s abundance of options.
  • Money (in a playful way): Look for money manifesting in small ways just to reinforce financial abundance too. Perhaps you find a coin on the ground (smile and pick it up, that’s abundance winking at you), or you receive a coupon or discount (abundance saving you money). Maybe you recall you have some cash stashed somewhere or points to redeem – little bonuses.

Actually create a list in your journal or a note on your phone during the day, titled “Today’s Abundance Sightings.” Jot down each thing you consciously recognized. For example: “Hundreds of books in the library = knowledge abundance,” “My co-worker gave me a compliment = abundance of positive energy,” “Found 50 cents in the couch = money abundance,” “Noticed how my closet has more clothes than I even use = abundance of attire.” Aim for at least 10-15 items by the day’s end.

This exercise not only feels like a game, but it seriously shifts your mindset into abundance awareness. By the end of the day, you may feel a deep reassurance that indeed we live in a lavishly abundant universe. And what you focus on expands – so watch, in coming days, how more and more abundance of various kinds makes itself known to you (and flows to you).

Affirmation: “Abundance is everywhere I look. My life is brimming with blessings, large and small, and they only continue to grow.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Abundance Visualization: Close your eyes and picture yourself in a field of flowers. See endless rows of colorful blooms stretching out to the horizon – reds, yellows, purples – an abundance of color and beauty. Walk through this field in your mind, and with each step, feel the truth: There is so much. Now imagine above you a gentle rain of abundance pouring down – but instead of water, it’s raining gold coins, hearts (love), and sparkling stars (opportunities). Not in a way that’s stressful or overwhelming, but a playful, gentle rain where you can reach out and catch these symbols of abundance. Feel the joy of being surrounded by plenty. Perhaps laugh or spin around like a kid in this rain, knowing you’ll never run out of good things. Mentally affirm: “I am open to the infinite abundance that surrounds me.” Now see the rain easing into a golden sunlight that soaks into your skin, filling you with a rich, contented glow. In this final moment, feel gratitude for all that you have and all that’s coming. Know that just like the flowers, you’re rooted in fertile, abundant soil and all you need flows to you. Take a deep breath, and open your eyes, carrying this abundant energy in your heart.

Day 12: Transforming Limiting Beliefs about Abundance

Teaching: By now, you’ve been practicing a lot of positive focus. Today we’ll address the other side of the coin: gently uncovering and shifting any limiting beliefs that might be blocking your full abundance. Limiting beliefs are those sneaky thoughts like “I don’t deserve wealth,” “Money is evil,” “I have to struggle to succeed,” “Rich people are unhappy,” or “I’m just not the lucky type.” These are not ultimate truths, but adopted stories – often from childhood, society, or past experiences. Such beliefs act as filters through which we manifest our reality. The good news is, a belief is just a thought you keep thinking (remember Day 7), so you can choose new thoughts until the old belief softens and a new empowering belief takes its place. Think of it like upgrading the software of your mind. Abraham-Hicks frequently emphasize that you can be, do, or have anything you want, but if you’ve got a belief that contradicts that, it’s like a kink in your hose stopping the water flow. Today’s goal is to identify one or a few big kinks (limiting beliefs about abundance) and start unkinking them. This is not about digging into trauma or negativity deeply – it’s more about recognizing the outdated thought and then pivoting to a fresher perspective that feels closer to how your Inner Being sees things (which is always with love, worthiness, and possibility). Be compassionate with yourself during this; we all have some limiting beliefs, and they were often adopted in an attempt to protect ourselves. But now you’re ready to release anything that no longer serves your highest good.

Journaling Prompt: Identify One Limiting Belief. Think of an aspect of abundance that still feels challenging for you. Commonly, money is one where deep beliefs lie. Fill in the blank: “I would have more abundance in my life if only ______.” Or “I want X, but ______.” The second blank might reveal a belief. For example, “I want to make more money, but I’m afraid I’ll fail if I try,” or “…but I’m not smart enough,” or “…but money changes people for the worse.” Once you pinpoint a specific limiting belief statement, write it down. Now ask yourself: Where might this belief have come from? Did you hear something like it from parents (“Money doesn’t grow on trees”), or did you conclude it after a certain event (a business failure, a rejection, etc.)? Jot a note about its origin if you can, and then consider: Is this absolutely true? Look for evidence to the contrary. Often, just questioning a belief starts to loosen its grip. For instance, if your belief is “I don’t deserve abundance,” challenge that: What does “deserve” even mean? Weren’t you born deserving like any baby? Can you think of anyone who is abundant and seems no more “deserving” than you? Write down a few counter-arguments or doubts about the limiting belief. This is poking holes in the conviction, which is good.

Now, rewrite the belief into a new, empowering one you’d like to adopt. Even if it feels a bit out of reach right now, phrase it in a way that you can start to accept. For example: limiting belief -> “I’m not good with money.” Empowering belief -> “I’m learning to manage money wisely, and I can get better and better at it,” or “I have the ability to attract and handle money well.” It should feel encouraging, not jarring. Another: limiting “I must work insanely hard to be wealthy.” Flip: “Hard work is one way, but I believe I can work smarter and allow success with ease. Plenty of people prosper doing what they love in balanced ways.” If the limiting belief has an emotional charge, you can soften it first: e.g., “I’m open to the idea that I do deserve happiness and wealth, even if I’m still convincing myself.” That phrase “I’m open to the idea that…” is a great bridge if a full 180° belief feels too much right now.

Exercise: Belief Upgrade and Reinforcement. Now that you have a new empowering belief statement, let’s install it into your daily thinking. Treat it like an affirmation or a mantra for the day (and going forward). Write your new belief on a card or sticky note and place it somewhere you’ll see it often today (on your mirror, desk, or set a reminder on your phone). Every time you see or think of it, pause and consciously repeat it. But just as importantly, try to feel it. Even if it’s not 100% locked in yet, imagine how it would feel if you totally believed that new thought. For instance, if the new belief is “Opportunities are everywhere for me,” how would it feel waking up with that certainty? Probably excited and optimistic. Try to conjure a bit of that feeling each time you say it.

Additionally, take one small action today that aligns with your new belief – prove it to yourself. If your new belief is about being good with money, maybe your action is to put $5 into savings or finally organize a bill – a tiny step that says “See, I can handle this.” If it’s “I deserve abundance,” maybe your action is treating yourself to something small or saying no to something draining because you deserve to feel good. If it’s “I can succeed doing what I love,” perhaps your action is to spend 30 minutes working on your passion project or researching someone who’s doing it successfully (proof of concept). The action doesn’t have to yield immediate huge results; it’s symbolic to your own subconscious that you mean this new belief.

Write in your journal what action you took and how it felt. It might feel empowering, or even a little scary-but-thrilling. That’s good – you’re stretching your comfort zone and showing your mind evidence of the new story.

Finally, use a bit of visualization: Close your eyes and imagine a scenario where this new belief is undeniably true in your life. For example, if the belief is “I am worthy of abundance,” visualize receiving something you really want (a promotion, a windfall, a compliment, etc.) and feeling yourself wholeheartedly saying “Thank you, yes, I accept this, of course this comes to me!” with no resistance. This helps integrate the belief on a deeper level by pairing it with emotion and imagery.

Affirmation: “I release old limiting beliefs and welcome new empowering beliefs. I now believe that [insert your new belief], and I see evidence of it growing every day.” (Customize the bracket part to your focus, or use a general one like “I now believe I am worthy and abundance comes to me with ease.”)

Meditation (1–2 min): Belief Healing Visualization: Sit quietly and take a deep breath. Imagine your old limiting belief as a small piece of paper or a leaf you’re holding. It has the old statement written on it. Now, see a friendly warm fire or a flowing river in front of you (whichever appeals). Gently toss that paper/leaf into the element. If it’s a fire, watch it burn up, crackling away into ash – the old belief dissipating. If it’s water, watch the leaf float away downstream, gradually out of sight. Say quietly to yourself: “I release you.” Now place your hand on your heart. Imagine your new belief as a glowing orb of light (perhaps with words or just a color). Inhale and visualize placing this orb into your heart space. Feel it radiate warmth and confidence through your chest. See that light spreading, filling your entire body and aura. This is your truth now. You might see images in your mind’s eye of you living this new belief – perhaps you see yourself smiling, receiving abundance, looking confident – whatever aligns with the belief. Let those images play for a few moments. Now affirm in your mind: “This is my new story. I believe in myself and in abundance.” Take another deep breath, feeling the light of the new belief stabilize within you. Know that whenever you doubt, you can recall this visualization to reinforce the new pattern. Gently open your eyes, carrying trust that a shift has occurred, even if subtle. You have set a new mindset in motion, and the Universe will mirror it back to you.

Day 13: Pivoting Toward the Positive

Teaching: We touched on this concept earlier, but today we’ll really practice the art of pivoting in the moment. Pivoting is a technique to change your focus from what you don’t want to what you do want, especially when you catch yourself in a negative thought or mood. Life will always have contrast (things we don’t like), but contrast is the launching pad for new desires. The key is not to linger in the negative story, but to pivot to the new and improved story. For example, when you notice “Ugh, I’m so tired of debt,” you can pivot to “I desire financial freedom.” When you think “I’m lonely,” pivot to “I want fulfilling connections.” This isn’t denying the situation; it’s reorienting you toward the solution. Abraham-Hicks liken it to turning your boat downstream rather than fighting upstream. A great phrase to facilitate pivoting is “Wouldn’t it be nice if…?” – it’s a gentle way to focus forward without resistance. Another is simply asking, “What is it that I do want?” whenever you catch yourself complaining mentally. Pivoting takes you from a low vibe to a higher vibe by refocusing your creative power on what you actually intend to create. Over time, this becomes second nature – you feel a sting of a negative thought, and you automatically shift into an imagining of the positive opposite. Today is about practicing pivoting deliberately, so it becomes a habit.

Journaling Prompt: Contrast vs. Desire. List 3 recurring negative thoughts or situations that have been bothering you (they could be small, like the commute traffic, or bigger, like a tough relationship or slow career progress). For each one, do a two-column exercise. On the left, briefly describe the contrast (the unwanted thing or how you feel about it). On the right, write the corresponding desire or preferred scenario that this contrast makes you keenly want. Make sure to phrase the right side in positive terms (what you want, not what you don’t want). For example:

  • Left: “I’m really frustrated about my job – it’s monotonous and I feel underpaid.” -> Right: “I want work that is engaging, creative, and pays me very well. I desire to feel excited to start work and valued financially.”
  • Left: “I feel lonely since I moved to this new city.” -> Right: “I want to build a circle of friends here with whom I feel connected and have fun. I look forward to feeling socially fulfilled and supported.”
  • Left: “My back has been hurting a lot; I’m worried about my health.” -> Right: “I intend for my body to heal and feel comfortable. I want to experience vitality and ease in my movements, to feel strong and well.”

Write at least a few sentences on the right side for each, really fleshing out what you want and how it will feel. The right side is essentially you pivoting in writing. Notice as you write the right side if your mood shifts upward – often you’ll feel relief or hope because you’re focusing on solutions and possibilities. Keep this list; it’s like a cheat-sheet for your desired directions whenever the old frustrations pop up.

Exercise: In-the-Moment Pivoting. Your mission today is to apply pivoting in real time whenever you catch any negative thought or feeling. Treat it like a mindful game. Here are the steps to use on the fly:

  1. Awareness: The moment you notice you’re complaining (even in your head) or feeling down about something, stop and mentally say, “Ah, this is what I don’t want. So, what is it that I do want?” This question is magic. For example, you catch yourself thinking, “This house is always such a mess.” Immediately pause and pivot: “What do I want? I want an organized, comfortable home that uplifts me.” Even if you look around and see mess, focusing on the desire is a better vibration than the complaint.
  2. Wouldn’t it be nice…: After identifying the direction of what you want, add the phrase “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” or “I look forward to when…” and play with that thought for at least 15-30 seconds. “Wouldn’t it be nice if we all chipped in and the house became clean and beautiful? I’d love coming home to that kind of environment.” The key is to keep it light and hopeful. This phrase bypasses resistance because it’s not claiming it’s already fixed (which your mind might reject if it clearly isn’t); it’s just entertaining the positive possibility.
  3. Emotional Shift: As you pivot, consciously try to feel the improvement in emotion. If you were annoyed, maybe now you feel a bit calmer or optimistic. If you were sad, maybe now you feel comforted by imagining what you want. Even a slight upward shift means you’ve succeeded. Don’t worry if you can’t go from angry to pure joy in one pivot – the goal is just improvement. Each time you do this, you train your emotional muscle to climb the scale faster.
  4. Rinse and repeat: There may be many chances to pivot in a day (because life happens!). Treat each as a mini victory for you. Stuck in traffic and feeling impatient? Pivot: “I want my commute to be relaxing. Wouldn’t it be nice if I could listen to a great audiobook and enjoy this time to myself?” Feeling nervous about a meeting? Pivot: “I want to come across confidently. Wouldn’t it be nice if this meeting went smoothly and I even impressed my boss? That would feel great.”

Consider keeping a tally or note in your journal of how many times you pivot today or which instances you did. Write down one example of a pivot you did and what you turned it into. For instance: “Caught myself worrying about a bill; pivoted to imagining easily paying all my expenses and feeling abundant. Mood went from anxious to hopeful.”

By intentionally practicing this, you’ll likely notice that you recover from negative moments much faster, and you might start seeing small evidence of your positive focuses showing up. It’s like you tune yourself quickly back to the abundance channel whenever static comes. Over time, the static (negative momentum) will appear less frequently.

Affirmation: “Whenever I notice something unwanted, I quickly remember to focus on what is wanted. I naturally pivot toward the positive, and by doing so, I create more of what I desire.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Pivoting Rehearsal: Close your eyes and take a calming breath. Imagine yourself in a scenario that recently bugged you (maybe one of the left-column things from earlier). See it just until you feel the irritation mildly. Now, visualize a big steering wheel in front of you (like the wheel of a ship). This wheel steers your thoughts. Grab it and physically (in your imagination or by moving a bit in your seat) turn the wheel to the right – this symbolizes pivoting to the positive. As you turn it, watch the scene in your mind transform from the unwanted to the wanted. For instance, the messy house image shifts to a tidy, beautiful space; the feeling of loneliness shifts to an image of you laughing with new friends; the work frustration scene shifts to you doing work you love. Feel the relief and happiness of that new scene. In your mind say, “I now steer toward what I want.” Breathe that in. Now let the scene go and just remain in the good feeling for a moment, knowing you have the power to pivot your perspective at will. You are the captain of your thought-ship, and you can turn it toward sunny skies whenever you choose. End the meditation by affirming, “It’s getting easier and easier to focus on what I want. I naturally head towards the positive.” Open your eyes, ready to steer your day in a good direction.

Day 14: Finding Positive Aspects Everywhere

Teaching: Today’s practice builds on gratitude and pivoting, honing your ability to find the positive aspects in any situation or person. Abraham-Hicks suggest a process called the “Book of Positive Aspects,” which is essentially spending time writing out things you appreciate about specific subjects. This is incredibly useful when you have a situation or relationship that’s bothering you – by focusing on what’s good about it, you tune your vibration to a better place, which can either improve the situation or attract a better outcome altogether. The truth is, nothing is 100% bad or 100% good; what we experience has a lot to do with what we emphasize with our attention. When you deliberately look for the positive, you start to see more of it. This practice also makes you a more magnetic and pleasant person, because you’re literally training yourself to see and speak about the good in life. It doesn’t mean ignoring issues that need addressing, but it ensures you’re not fixating on flaws and thus amplifying them. Remember, you get more of what you focus on. So if you want improvement, focus on the best parts. As you do this consistently, even challenging people can soften, and blessings you overlooked can shine brighter. It’s a powerful way to shift your energy regarding things that otherwise might bring you down. Plus, it feels really uplifting in the moment, which is reason enough to do it!

Journaling Prompt: Positive Aspects List. Choose one subject that you have mixed or negative feelings about lately – it could be your job, your home, a person in your life, or even yourself. For the next 10-15 minutes, write a list of positive aspects about that subject. Challenge yourself to find at least 10 things you can appreciate or that are “good and working” about it. For example, if it’s your job and you’re not loving it: positive aspects might be “It pays my bills on time,” “It introduced me to my friend Jane at work,” “It has taught me X skill,” “It’s only 15 minutes from home, nice short commute,” “It has good health benefits,” “Sometimes free coffee and bagels,” “My boss is actually very knowledgeable and I can learn from him,” “It allows me to have weekends free,” etc. Even if some are small or humorous, list them. If it’s a person you’re frustrated with, list their redeeming qualities or times they’ve been kind or useful. If it’s yourself (we can be our own harshest critics), list things you do well or positive traits you have, even as simple as “I keep my teeth very clean” or “I care about my family” – any genuine positive aspect counts.

Write each bullet starting perhaps with something like “- I like that…”, “- It’s good that…”. Keep going until you hit at least ten. Once you find a groove, you might even come up with more. Notice how you feel as you write these. Likely, your attitude toward the subject will soften, and you might even feel gratitude. This exercise magnetizes you to more positive aspects. You might find over the next days that you notice these good things more, and annoyances diminish.

Exercise: Positive Focus in Real Time. Today, whenever you encounter something or someone, mentally acknowledge positive aspects on the spot. It’s like walking through your day with a highlighter for the good. For example:

  • In the morning as you get ready, think about your home: What’s nice about it? Maybe sunlight comes through one window in a pretty way, or your shower has good water pressure – mentally note, “I appreciate this warm, comfortable home” or “This hot shower feels amazing, I love having instant hot water.”
  • During interactions with people (family, coworkers, even a cashier), actively look for something positive. It could be, “My coworker had a great solution in the meeting, that was smart,” or simply, “The barista’s smile was really friendly, it brightened my morning.” You can just note it to yourself, or even better, compliment them if appropriate (spreading positive aspects out loud multiplies the effect!).
  • With challenging individuals, deliberately find one redeeming thing. Maybe, “He’s very punctual” or “She is protective of the team in her own way,” or even, “He dresses nicely” – anything you can sincerely appreciate. Hold that thought for a few seconds.
  • Regarding your tasks or schedule: if you catch yourself thinking “Ugh, I have to do X,” flip it to find a positive: “X might be tedious, but the positive aspect is I get to listen to music while doing it,” or “it’s contributing to my goal, which is good,” or even, “well, at least once it’s done I’ll feel accomplished.”

If you want to amplify this, you could keep a tiny notebook or use your phone to jot quick positives through the day. But even just doing it in your head is great. The key is to make it a habit to see the good side.

At the end of the day, reflect in your journal: Did focusing on positive aspects change your mood or the way things went? For instance, perhaps the coworker you mentally complimented actually became more cooperative, or your day felt smoother because you were in a appreciative mindset. Jot a few observations. If something particularly heartwarming happened, note it (maybe you complimented a family member and it brought you closer).

By reinforcing positive aspects, you create a virtuous cycle: what you appreciate appreciates (increases in value). You’ll likely find this practice brings more harmony and even unexpected improvements, as others respond to the energy you’re sending out.

Affirmation: “I choose to see the good in all things. By focusing on positive aspects, I uplift my energy and attract even more to appreciate.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Appreciation Rampage (Heart Centered): Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Bring your awareness to your heart center. Now, let’s do a mini internal rampage of appreciation: think of one thing after another that you appreciate. They can be from today or life in general, big or small. Perhaps start with, “I really appreciate the comfortable chair I’m sitting in,” then, “I appreciate my heart beating steadily,” then, “I’m grateful for my friend’s call earlier,” then “I love the taste of that yummy lunch I had,” “I appreciate the way the sunset looked,” etc. As each appreciation thought comes, pause for a second to feel it – feel the little smile or warmth in your heart for that thing. Keep a steady, gentle stream: Thank you for _____, I really love _____, I’m so glad _____ is in my life. If your mind drifts to anything negative, gently guide it back to something pleasant. Even if it ends up just being a series of simple things, that’s perfect. Spend a minute or two in this private celebration of positive aspects. You might notice your heart energy expanding, perhaps even a tingling or a glowing feeling in your chest. That’s the high vibration of appreciation enveloping you.

Now take one more deep breath, and in your mind, thank yourself for taking this time to focus on the positive. Affirm, “I am becoming a positive aspect detector, and life is getting brighter as I do.” Open your eyes, carrying that appreciative glow with you. You are literally training yourself to live on a higher frequency, where abundance and well-being are more visible and tangible. Great job!

Day 15: Following Your Joy – Letting Joy Lead the Way

Teaching: Congratulations on reaching the halfway point of this 30-day journey! 🎉 Take a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come – even subtle shifts in your mindset and energy are worth celebrating. (Perhaps write down a couple of positive changes you’ve noticed so far.) Today, we’re emphasizing JOY – which Abraham-Hicks often describe as the key to alignment. In fact, they say joy is the whole point of life, and when you make feeling good your highest priority, everything else wonderful falls into place. Joseph Campbell famously said, “Follow your bliss,” and in the Abraham sense, following your joy moment-to-moment is like using an infallible GPS towards your desires. Joy and passion indicate strong alignment with your Inner Being; when you feel them, you’re in a high vibration where manifesting desires is natural. Also, joy is now, not in the future – it’s something to allow in the present. An “I’ll be happy when…” mentality only delays happiness. Instead, choose to inject joy into today, and watch how it magnetizes blessings.

Today’s focus is about doing more of what lights you up, giving yourself permission to have fun and feel good just because. The warm, encouraging tone of Abraham’s teachings always reminds us: life is supposed to be fun. When you were a kid, you likely had no problem doing what brought you joy each day – we’re recapturing that spirit. When you consistently lean into joy, you become a joyous, abundant person by default. Plus, high joyful energy is contagious and transformative to everyone around you. So really, pursuing your joy isn’t selfish – it’s one of the best things you can do for the world (an uplifted you uplifts others).

Journaling Prompt: Joy List – Rediscovering What Brings You Joy. Write down at least 10 things that bring you pure joy or make you feel alive. These can be activities, people, places, sensory experiences – anything that reliably puts you in a happy state. Think both big and small: from “dancing to 80s music in my socks” and “eating a piece of gourmet chocolate” to “hiking in the mountains” or “playing with my dog” or “painting, writing, singing,” “playing a sport,” “reading fantasy novels on a rainy day,” “having a deep chat with my best friend,” “cooking a new recipe,” “traveling to a new city,” etc. If you struggle to recall, think of times when you’ve felt really joyful in your life – what were you doing? Also consider things that you get so absorbed in that you lose track of time (a state of flow). Those are joy bread crumbs.

Next to each item, jot roughly when was the last time you did it. This can be eye-opening. Some joys we inadvertently shelve due to “busyness” or adulthood, and the last time might be far too long ago. Finally, pick one item on the list that you could easily do today or this week, and star it – we will turn that into action.

As you created this Joy List, you might feel your mood lift just thinking of these things. That’s a clue to integrate them more into your routine. Joy isn’t meant to be an occasional luxury; it’s meant to be a frequent companion.

Exercise: Joy Break – Do Something Just for Fun. Choose one joyful activity (preferably one you starred that you haven’t done in a while) and make time for it today. It could be 10 minutes or two hours, depending on what it is and your schedule – but schedule it like an important appointment with your soul. This is you demonstrating that joy is a priority. For example, if dancing brings you joy, blast some music when you get home and dance around for 15 minutes. If you love painting and have supplies, carve out time tonight to paint freely. If you adore nature, maybe go to a park during lunch or after work for a stroll. If it’s playing a game, invite your family or friends for a short game night.

When you do this activity, be present and let yourself fully enjoy it. Tell the guilt or “I should be productive” voice to take a hike for now – remind yourself that high vibration is extremely productive in the grand scheme. Savor the joy like you’re recharging your inner batteries (because you are).

Additionally, throughout the day, practice the mantra: “Does this bring me joy?” as a quick check-in for smaller choices. Obviously, we all have obligations we must attend to, but you can often find little joyful twists: maybe listening to your favorite music while doing chores, or adding a fun element to a routine task. If you’re deciding how to spend a free half-hour, lean towards what sounds enjoyable versus just mindlessly scrolling on your phone (unless that truly brings you joy, no judgment!). The idea is to infuse your day with pockets of joy deliberately.

At day’s end, journal briefly about your joy break: What did you do and how did it make you feel? Did the day feel any different inserting more joy? Sometimes, you might notice synchronicities or good luck when you’re in a joyful state – note if anything cool happened. For example, “I was humming and happy after dancing, and then I got an unexpected email with good news.” Joy is a powerful attractor.

Finally, congratulate yourself for reaching the midpoint of the workbook – that’s an achievement worth celebrating! Perhaps consider doing something fun this weekend as a reward (more joy!). The momentum you’ve built will carry you into the next half of the journey with even more ease and light.

Affirmation: “Joy is my guiding light. The more I follow my joy and bliss, the more abundance and magic unfold in my life.”

Meditation (1–2 min): Inner Joy Visualization: Close your eyes and take a deep breath, letting any tension fade. Recall a memory of pure joy – perhaps a moment from childhood or a recent time when you laughed uncontrollably or felt on top of the world. See it in your mind and re-experience it. Notice the smile it brings to your face even now. Let that feeling amplify. Now imagine a bright golden sun in your chest – that’s your inner joy glowing. With each inhale, see it growing bigger and brighter; with each exhale, it radiates warmth through your whole body. You might even feel like laughing or at least grinning widely – let yourself. If you want, think of a phrase like “I live in joy” or “Yes!” and let it echo in your mind. Bask in this state where nothing in particular needs to happen for you to feel joy – you’re just generating it from within, like a child does spontaneously. Recognize that this joy is your natural state when you allow it. Take this glowing sun of joy and imagine projecting it forward into the coming days – lighting up everything in your path. Know that you can tap into this sunshine anytime. Take one more deep breath, maybe wiggle or do a gentle stretch as if you’re super energized, and open your eyes. Carry that playful, joyful energy with you. You’ve primed the rest of your day (and the journey ahead) with a powerful dose of joy. Enjoy it! 🎈

Day 16: Appreciating Present Abundance

Daily Insight: Today, we shift our focus to fully appreciating the abundance that is already present in our lives, especially the financial blessings we often take for granted. Abraham-Hicks teaches that when you “look for good things about where you are,” you begin to lift any self-imposed limitations and open yourself up to receive even more. In practical terms, this means recognizing the money, resources, love, and well-being you have right now and truly feeling grateful for them. The vibration of appreciation is one of the most powerful states you can cultivate – it aligns you with Source Energy and signals the universe that you are ready for more positive things. By appreciating the present moment and your current financial situation (no matter how modest it may seem), you release resistance and allow the energy of abundance to flow more freely into every area of your life.

Journaling Prompt: Make a list of all the forms of abundance in your life right now. Include financial abundance (income, savings, gifts) and also the love, support, health, opportunities, and simple pleasures you enjoy daily. How does acknowledging these make you feel?

Daily Action: Throughout today, practice active gratitude for every exchange of money. For example, when you pay a bill or buy something, pause for a moment and sincerely say “thank you” – thank yourself for providing, thank the service or item for its value, and thank the universe for supplying you with the money to enjoy it. If possible, also take a moment to appreciate non-monetary abundance around you (like a friendly conversation or a beautiful sunset) and note how rich life already is.

Affirmation: “I am grateful for the money and abundance I have now, and I am open to an ever-increasing flow of prosperity.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Sit in a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine you are breathing out any worries or lack. On your next inhale, feel the sensation of gratitude filling your lungs – imagine breathing in a warm, golden light of appreciation. Bring to mind something in your life that you appreciate financially (it could be your job, a recent purchase you love, or even a single dollar you have). Hold that image and silently say “thank you” in your mind, allowing a gentle smile. Now let your appreciation expand to something beyond money – perhaps a person you love or a happy experience you had recently – and feel your heart warm with thankfulness. Sit with this feeling of contentment for a few more breaths, letting it grow. Know that this appreciative vibration is aligning you with even greater abundance. When you’re ready, open your eyes, carrying that warm, grateful energy with you into your day.

Day 17: Finding Ease in Financial Flow

Daily Insight: Abundance flows best when we release resistance and allow ease into our relationship with money. By Day 17 of this journey, you may already sense that struggling or worrying about finances only creates more tension – it’s like rowing upstream against a strong current. Abraham-Hicks often uses the analogy of a stream: you can paddle furiously upstream in an effort to “make” things happen (which leaves you exhausted), or you can drop the oars, relax, and let the current of universal well-being carry you. Nothing that you truly want is upstream; all your desires are downstream, where the current is carrying you toward them. In practical terms, this means that finding a feeling of relief and ease about money will actually attract more of it. When you replace thoughts like “I have to struggle and work so hard to get money” with “Money can come in simple, smooth ways as I enjoy my life,” you shift into alignment. Remember, financial success does not require struggle or strain – it requires alignment. As you feel good and balanced, you become a magnet for inspired ideas and opportunities that bring prosperity, often in ways that hard effort alone could not.

Journaling Prompt: Reflect on areas of your financial life where you tend to push or worry (for example, stressing over bills, feeling you must work nonstop, or fearing lack). How might you transform those situations by “letting go of the oars” and trusting the universe more? Write about how it would feel if managing money became as light and easy as floating downstream.

Daily Action: Practice going with the flow today. Whenever you notice yourself becoming anxious or trying to force a financial outcome, pause and take a deep breath. Remind yourself, “It’s okay to let this be easier.” For instance, if you start to worry about an upcoming expense, stop and do something that relaxes you for a few minutes (take a short walk, stretch, or listen to a favorite song). Then, return to the situation with a calmer mindset. By infusing a sense of ease into your actions – whether it’s paying a bill or having a money conversation – you’ll find those activities become smoother and even more effective.

Affirmation: “I release the habit of worry and welcome ease and flow into my finances. Money and opportunities come to me naturally and effortlessly.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Sit quietly and close your eyes. Take a few slow breaths, allowing your shoulders to drop and your body to relax. In your mind’s eye, imagine yourself sitting in a small boat on a gentle, flowing river. The water represents the stream of abundance from the universe. Feel yourself put down the oars – you are no longer paddling or fighting the current. Instead, you allow the river to carry you. The sun is warm, the ride is smooth, and you feel a sense of relief and trust. As you glide downstream, imagine that around the next bend lies everything you’ve been asking for – financial security, opportunities, support – all waiting for you on the riverbank. There’s no need to rush; the current knows exactly how to take you there. Breathe deeply and feel the peace of allowing. In this state of ease, quietly affirm to yourself: “I am taken care of. Life is on my side. Abundance flows to me when I allow it.” Enjoy this feeling of being carried effortlessly for a few moments longer. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes, carrying the memory of that easy flow into your day.

Day 18: Love as a Path to Abundance

Daily Insight: Love is one of the highest vibrations in the universe – the same vibration that aligns us with true abundance. When you cultivate feelings of love, whether it’s love for another person, love for yourself, or love for life itself, you are essentially tuning yourself to the frequency of Source (which is pure love and well-being). Abraham-Hicks often emphasizes that when you’re in a state of appreciation or love, you’re in perfect alignment to receive. Think of a time when your heart was overflowing with love – perhaps you were with family, friends, a pet, or immersed in a passion project. In those moments, you likely felt rich in spirit, regardless of money. This isn’t a coincidence: the energy of love removes resistance and doubt, and in that open state, prosperity (and other good things) can flow in naturally. Today’s lesson is a reminder that financial abundance is not separate from love; in fact, the more love and kindness you allow yourself to feel and share, the more the universe mirrors that goodness back to you in all forms, including money. By embracing love – for yourself, for others, and for the world – you become a magnet for abundance on every level.

Journaling Prompt: How has love (in any form) made you feel abundant in the past? Write about a specific memory when you felt so much love or gratitude that you truly felt “wealthy” in life. What does that tell you about the connection between love and abundance? Additionally, consider ways you can infuse more love into your pursuit of financial goals (for example, by loving the process, or sharing your success with others).

Daily Action: Practice a simple act of love or kindness today as a way of amplifying your abundance mindset. This could be expressing appreciation to a loved one, helping a friend or stranger, or doing something compassionate for yourself (like forgiving yourself for a mistake or treating yourself to a small pleasure). As you perform this act, do it with full presence and warmth in your heart. Notice how giving love freely makes you feel rich in energy. If you catch glimpses of others’ success or abundance today (like seeing someone with something you desire), practice silently blessing them and feeling genuinely happy for them – this loving response tells the universe you believe in abundant good for everyone, including yourself.

Affirmation: “The love I give and receive multiplies the abundance in my life. My heart is open, and prosperity flows to me through the energy of love.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Sit comfortably and place a hand over the center of your chest, your heart area. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, feeling your hand rise gently. As you exhale, imagine any tension around your heart melting away. Now, bring to mind someone or something that is easy for you to love – it could be a dear friend, a family member, a pet, or even a beautiful place or memory. See this beloved image in your mind and allow yourself to smile. Feel a warm, glowing light in your heart as the feeling of love expands. With each breath, let that warm light grow bigger, filling your chest. Silently say to yourself, “Love is flowing through me.” Now imagine that this glow of love radiates outward, like a gentle beam of light extending from your heart and touching all areas of your life. See it touching your relationships, your body, your surroundings, and also your financial life. Envision your bank account, your wallet, or your workplace bathed in this loving light, blessed and uplifted by it. You are sending the message that you care about and love your financial well-being just as you love other aspects of life. Take another deep breath, feeling a union of love and abundance within you. When you’re ready, open your eyes. Carry this heart-open energy with you, knowing that as you move through the day with love, you are inviting abundant blessings to join you.

Day 19: Thriving in Health and Wealth

Daily Insight: True abundance encompasses more than just money – it includes the radiant energy of health and well-being. In fact, your physical well-being and financial well-being are deeply interconnected. When you feel strong, energized, and healthy, it’s easier to maintain a positive mindset that attracts prosperity. As Abraham-Hicks suggests, a joyful, good-feeling body is one of the greatest factors in sustaining an overall state of abundance and joy. Think about it: if you are exhausted or unwell, fear and lack can creep into your thoughts more easily. But when your body feels good, you naturally exude confidence, optimism, and a higher vibration that aligns with financial abundance. Today, recognize that caring for your body and nurturing your health is not separate from creating wealth – both are forms of Life’s abundance flowing to you. By prioritizing your well-being, you signal to the universe that you intend to thrive on all levels, and you open the door for more riches (material and otherwise) to enter your experience.

Journaling Prompt: In what ways do you feel rich in health? Describe how you feel when your body is full of energy, vitality, and comfort. How does that state of physical well-being influence your thoughts about money and life? Also, reflect on whether you have any habits of sacrificing health for work or worry (e.g., skipping rest or meals due to financial stress) – and consider how you can balance or change those habits so that you honor your health and your financial goals simultaneously.

Daily Action: Do one nurturing thing for your body today with the intent of boosting your overall abundance. Choose something that genuinely feels good: perhaps take a brisk walk outside in fresh air, do a relaxing yoga stretch or dance to a favorite song, prepare a healthy meal or snack and truly savor it, or simply take a 15-minute rest or meditation break to recharge. As you do this, remind yourself that this self-care is an investment in your success. For example, while walking or resting, you might affirm: “Every deep breath is increasing my energy and my abundance.” Carry that sense of vitality into your tasks today, noticing if you approach your work or finances with a clearer, happier mind.

Affirmation: “Every cell in my body radiates vitality and well-being, and this vibrant energy attracts abundant wealth to me. I thrive in health and prosperity.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Begin by sitting or lying down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath, feeling your belly and chest rise, then exhale gently. Bring your attention to the top of your head. Imagine a soft, warm light entering through the crown of your head, filled with healing, rejuvenating energy. With your next breath, guide that light down to your face and neck, releasing any tension there. Continue to breathe and visualize the light moving into your shoulders and arms, flowing down through your chest and heart, and warming your stomach. Feel this golden, healing light moving through your hips, down your legs, and all the way to your feet. Now your entire body is glowing with this light of well-being. You might feel a gentle tingling or simply a deep relaxation as every cell in your body lights up with health. In your mind, affirm: “I am well. I am whole. I am abundant.” See if you can sense that this same energy that is revitalizing your body is also magnetizing prosperity to you – as if your healthy glow is drawing in opportunities, money, and positive circumstances. You are like a beacon of light; both health and wealth are drawn to this light. Take another deep breath, feeling gratitude for your body. When you’re ready, open your eyes, carrying this sense of vitality and abundant well-being forward into your day.

Day 20: Prosperity Through Purpose

Daily Insight: One of the most joyful realizations on the path to abundance is that doing what you love is not at odds with making money – in fact, they are profoundly connected. When you engage in work or activities that light you up and give you a sense of purpose, you naturally raise your vibration and align with abundance. Abraham-Hicks often reminds us that “there is no better way to earn money than to do the things that you love to do.” This is because when you are passionate and happy in what you’re doing, you tap into the creative flow of the universe. In that state, you become more receptive to inspired ideas and opportunities, and you radiate a positive energy that attracts support (clients, customers, helpers, etc.) like a magnet. On the other hand, if you force yourself to stay in an unfulfilling job or approach tasks with dread, your energy contracts and it can feel like money has to come “the hard way.” Today’s teaching is about aligning your financial life with your heart’s calling – big or small. It doesn’t necessarily mean you must drop everything and change careers overnight; rather, it’s about infusing your current life with more of what brings you joy and meaning, trusting that as you do so, the pathway for prosperity will broaden. The universe truly supports you most when you are expressing your true self and joy, because that’s when you are in alignment with your highest self.

Journaling Prompt: What activities or pursuits make you feel most alive, joyful, and purposeful? List the things you absolutely love to do or topics that you are deeply passionate about – whether or not they are part of your current job. How could these passions potentially be integrated into your career or daily life more? For instance, are there aspects of your current work you could approach more playfully, or a side project you’ve been wanting to start? Write about how you imagine your life would look if you woke up each day excited because you knew you’d be doing what you love and being abundantly rewarded for it.

Daily Action: Take a concrete step today to blend purpose and prosperity. This could be as simple as dedicating 30 minutes to a hobby or project that excites you (painting, writing, designing, learning a skill – whatever brings you joy) and doing it with full enthusiasm. If you have work or chores to do, find a way to bring one element you love into it – for example, play your favorite music while doing mundane tasks or add a personal creative touch to a work project. If you’ve been considering a career move or a new business idea that aligns more with your passions, do one small thing to explore it (research someone successful in that field, jot down your idea, or reach out to a mentor). The key is to honor your passions today in some actionable way, signaling to the universe that you are ready to live more of your life in alignment with what truly fulfills you.

Affirmation: “When I do what I love, I thrive. I am aligning my passion with my prosperity, and the universe supports me financially as I live my purpose.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Close your eyes and take a deep breath, allowing your mind to clear. Now, imagine an ideal day in your abundant life, where you are living your purpose. See yourself waking up in the morning excited and happy because you get to do what you truly love today. Visualize in detail what that might be – perhaps you’re in a particular job or field that inspires you, or running your own creative business, or dedicating your day to a cause close to your heart. See yourself engaged in that activity, smiling and in the zone, feeling completely fulfilled. Notice how natural and joyful it feels. In this visualization, sense the support of the universe around you: perhaps you see happy customers or people benefiting from your work, or you sense money flowing into your bank account with ease as a result of you offering your gifts. Allow yourself to really feel the satisfaction and rightness of this scenario. You might think or quietly say, “This is me. This is what I’m meant for. And life supports me in this.” Bask in the feeling of living in perfect alignment – doing what you love and being abundantly compensated. Take another deep breath, and gently return your awareness to the present, bringing with you the knowing that this vision is possible. Remember that even small steps toward this joy will invite the universe to guide you the rest of the way.

Day 21: Embracing Contrast & Pivoting to Clarity

Daily Insight: On our journey to abundance, not every day will be without its bumps. You might encounter moments of doubt, an unexpected bill, or a dip in confidence – what Abraham-Hicks calls “contrast.” Contrast is any experience that shows you what you don’t want, thereby helping you sharpen your awareness of what you do want. Rather than seeing these moments as setbacks, we can embrace them as essential parts of the creative process. Abraham often reminds us that every desire is born out of some contrast; when you know what you don’t want, you launch a clearer rocket of desire for what you do want. The key is how we respond in those moments. If we react with fear or keep telling the story of the problem, we risk staying stuck in that vibration. But if we acknowledge the contrast and then pivot our focus toward the solution or the improved scenario, we realign with abundance. By Day 21, you have built up a lot of positive momentum – now you are equipped to handle challenges more gracefully. You can remind yourself, “This experience is clarifying my desires. I can choose to shift my focus now to what I want next.” Every time you pivot from a problem to a solution-oriented mindset, you turn contrast into an upward push on your spiral of growth.

Journaling Prompt: Think of a recent situation that felt like a challenge or contrast (it could be money-related or something else that affected your sense of well-being). Briefly describe what happened and how it made you feel. Then, write about the desire that this contrast inspired in you. For example, “Having that unexpected expense made me realize how much I desire and intend to have a solid financial cushion.” Or “Feeling unappreciated at work helped me clarify that I want a career where I’m valued and well-paid.” How can you frame this contrast as a beneficial step toward greater clarity and abundance?

Daily Action: Today, practice the art of pivoting in real time. The moment you catch yourself dwelling on a worry or a negative thought, gently stop and tell yourself: “I know what I don’t want, so what is it that I do want?” Then, deliberately spend at least a few moments focusing your mind on your desired outcome or a better feeling thought. For instance, if you think “I don’t have enough clients,” pivot to “I want more clients who value my work, and I’m open to them finding me.” If you catch a self-criticism like “I made a mistake,” pivot to “I learned from that and I’m growing more capable and successful.” This practice may feel subtle at first, but it’s a powerful way to retrain your thinking. Each time you pivot, you’re effectively choosing a higher vibration in that moment. By the end of the day, reflect on how many times you successfully pivoted a thought and notice the emotional relief it brought.

Affirmation: “I honor the contrast in my life for helping me grow. With each challenge, I choose to pivot toward clarity, solutions, and greater abundance.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Find a comfortable seat and take a calming breath in and out. Bring to mind a small issue or worry you’d like to release (it could be something that’s been niggling at you). First, simply acknowledge it: see it in your mind as a little dark cloud representing the concern. Now, take another deep breath. As you exhale, imagine that dark cloud drifts away, dissolving into the sky. It’s leaving you, and as it does, it reveals a bright, golden sun behind it. That sun symbolizes the solution, the light of clarity and relief. Feel the warm sunlight of a positive outcome shine on you. In your mind, replace the old worry with a simple statement of what you desire: for example, if you released a money worry, you might now think, “I see money flowing to me in satisfying ways,” and feel the sunlight growing warmer. Bask for a few moments in this sunny feeling of resolution – even if you don’t know all the details of how it will work out, trust that the solution is forming. You are simply enjoying the feeling of it already being better. Take one more deep, appreciative breath, and when you’re ready, open your eyes. Remember this imagery if contrast pops up – you can always let the cloud drift away and choose to focus on the sunlight breaking through.

Day 22: Playful Prosperity (The Prosperity Game)

Daily Insight: Abundance expands when we approach it with a sense of playfulness and imagination. By now, you’ve done a lot of inner work around beliefs and emotions; today is about having fun with the energy of money. When we were children, we would play “make-believe” with ease – imagining grand adventures or pretending we had superpowers – and it felt real and joyful in the moment. That same power of imagination is a secret tool for manifesting wealth. Abraham-Hicks has a process called the Prosperity Game, which is all about spending imaginary money in order to loosen up your resistance and let your creativity run free. When you pretend you have plenty of money and mentally “spend” it on things or experiences that delight you, you generate feelings of freedom, excitement, and gratitude – the exact feelings that align you with real abundance. The universe responds to your vibration, not to the “realness” of what you’re imagining, so playful pretending can actually attract genuine opportunities and cash flow. The point is to make money feel fun, unlimited, and light, rather than serious or scarce. Today, we encourage your inner child to come out and play with prosperity!

Journaling Prompt: Imagine you just received a sudden windfall of $10,000 (or any amount that feels exciting but believable to you). In your journal, write about how you would joyfully use this money. Be as detailed as you can: What would you buy or pay off? Who might you help or treat? What fun experiences might you splurge on? Allow yourself to really feel the excitement and satisfaction of spending or sharing this money easily. There’s no guilt or fear attached – it came as a delightful gift from the universe just for you to enjoy. Describe your purchases or activities and most importantly, note the feelings each one gives you (security, freedom, joy, generosity, etc.). If $10,000 doesn’t cover everything you dream of, imagine even more is available. The goal is to let your abundance fantasies flow onto the page without limitations.

Daily Action: To deepen the game, take a physical step in this pretend-play of abundance. Find a blank check (or create a simple form on paper) and write it out to yourself from the “Bank of the Universe.” Write down an amount of money that you want to manifest – it could be that $10,000 or any amount that excites you – and in the memo, you might even put “for joyful experiences and blessings” (or specific things you intend to use it for). Sign it “The Universe” or “Law of Attraction” in place of a bank name. Now, place this check somewhere you’ll see it often (your wallet, on your mirror, or at your desk). Each time you look at it, allow yourself a moment of giddy pretend that it’s real and on its way. If writing a check isn’t your style, you could also create a fake online banking screenshot with an extra $10,000 (for personal fun) or even carry some cash in your wallet and imagine all the things you could spend it on today. The idea is to infuse play into your relationship with money. No pressure – just creativity and joy.

Affirmation: “Money is a fun and positive part of my life. I play with the idea of abundance every day, and the universe joyfully surprises me with prosperity.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Close your eyes and take a few relaxing breaths. Now, imagine that today is a truly magical day – you are about to receive an unexpected abundance. Visualize yourself hearing a knock on the door or checking your mailbox, and you discover an envelope addressed to you from the Universe (or perhaps from a contest or an old account you forgot about). You open it and find a check inside made out to you for a very large sum – the number makes you gasp in delight. Feel the surprise and excitement in your body. It feels like a miracle, yet also somehow natural, because you’ve been aligning with this kind of good fortune. In your mind, hear yourself laughing joyfully or squealing with gratitude. Now imagine yourself depositing this check into your bank account. See the balance update with those extra zeros. Notice the feeling of security and possibility that washes over you. What will you do next? Visualize yourself perhaps calling someone to share the great news, or doing a happy dance in your living room. Allow a big smile on your face in real life as you do this. Now fast-forward and see yourself using that money for something wonderful – maybe you’re walking through a new home you purchased, or traveling to an amazing destination, or handing keys of a reliable car to a family member you’ve helped, or simply sitting debt-free and stress-free enjoying a cup of coffee. Let one clear joyful image form. Bask in that feeling: This is the kind of magic life can bring. Take one more deep breath, soaking in gratitude for this imagined experience as if it’s done. Gently return to the present, carrying the playful, expectant energy of this meditation. Know that even by imagining it, you’ve shifted something in your vibration in the direction of receiving.

Day 23: Rampage of Appreciation – Amplifying Abundance

Daily Insight: It’s time to supercharge your abundance vibration by going on a “Rampage of Appreciation.” This is a favorite Abraham-Hicks process for quickly lifting your mood and energy. A rampage of appreciation means spending a short focused time rapidly acknowledging everything good in your life (including things related to money and beyond). By doing so, you generate powerful positive momentum – in other words, the more you appreciate, the more you find even more things to appreciate. As Abraham often says, “the better it gets, the better it gets!” When you deliberately flood your mind and journal with appreciation, you crowd out thoughts of lack or complaints. In that high-flying state, you become an open channel for abundance to flow. Think of it like revving up an engine: a minute or two of intense gratitude can propel you into an upbeat, magnetic vibration that attracts good things for hours (or days!). You’ve already practiced finding things to be grateful for back on Day 16; now we’re going to amp it up and make it a fun, exhilarating daily practice. Remember, nothing is too small to appreciate – from the money in your pocket, to the chair you sit on, to the sunshine coming through the window – all of it counts and all of it contributes to your overall state of abundance.

Journaling Prompt: Set a timer for 2-5 minutes, and during that time, write nonstop about everything you appreciate and feel good about right now. Let it be a free-flow flood of positive aspects. You can start with financial blessings: for instance, “I appreciate the income I have, I love that I paid my rent on time, I’m grateful for the delicious groceries I bought, I adore the feeling of freedom when I have extra cash…” and so on. Then expand to other areas: “I appreciate my family for their love, I’m thankful for my friend who makes me laugh, I love the warm cup of tea I had this morning, I’m grateful for my healthy legs that carry me,” etc. Don’t worry about full sentences or order – the key is to keep your pen moving or your fingers typing in a stream of appreciative statements. If you run out of things, observe your surroundings or feelings and pick something (“I’m thankful for this comfortable pillow, or for the fact that I’m learning and growing…”). After the time is up, notice how you feel compared to before.

Daily Action: Do a spoken rampage of appreciation at least once today. You might do this in the car, in the shower, or while taking a walk – any private moment when you can speak freely. Start by saying, “I am so grateful for…” and let it rip! List out loud everything you can think of that you love or value. Let your tone be enthusiastic and genuine. Feel free to get on a roll: e.g., “I’m grateful for this morning’s peaceful start, I’m loving how the weather is sunny, I feel so good to be alive today, I appreciate the money I have to buy lunch, I even appreciate the lessons I’ve learned from past challenges…” Keep going as long as you can, even 1-2 minutes is great. If you have a partner or friend doing this workbook with you, you can even take turns doing a rampage and hearing each other’s positive flow (which can be really uplifting as a shared activity). The more energy and feeling you put into your words, the more powerful the effect. Notice how the day unfolds afterward – often, you’ll find things just seem to go more smoothly when you start it by tuning your frequency this high.

Affirmation: “I am grateful for so many blessings, and each day more and more abundance flows into my life.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Sit comfortably and take a deep breath. As you close your eyes, bring your attention to the here and now, and begin a mental rampage of appreciation. Start by focusing on your immediate experience: feel the air entering your lungs – silently say “Thank you for this breath.” Feel your heart beating – “Thank you for my heart, steadily giving me life.” Now become aware of your body – “I appreciate my body for all it does.” Shift attention to the space around you: “Thank you for this room (or space) sheltering me, thank you for the furniture that supports me.” Now think of your financial life at this moment: “Thank you for the money I have right now, no matter the amount, it is supporting me. Thank you for the abundance of resources and tools available to me.” Next, think of people you love: picture them and mentally say, “Thank you for [name] in my life.” Let more people or pets come to mind and send thanks. Now, broaden to anything else you feel appreciation for in life right now – whatever pops in is perfect. Allow a rapid succession of images or thoughts, each one receiving a “thank you” or “I love this.” It might sound like: “Thank you for nature, for the trees I see outside, for the sunshine, for that delicious meal yesterday, for my favorite song that uplifts me, for the opportunities unfolding, for my dreams that inspire me…” Continue until you feel a brightening in your mood, a genuine smile, or a warm sensation of happiness in your chest. Even if you only got through a few things, that’s okay – you’ve set the tone of appreciation. Take one more deep breath and gently open your eyes. Carry this grateful spirit with you, and watch how the universe gives you even more reasons to say “thank you.”

Day 24: Allowing & Trusting the Universe

Daily Insight: By now you have set many clear intentions for abundance and practiced raising your vibration to match them. Today’s focus is about letting go and trusting – allowing the universe to do its part in delivering what you’ve asked for. Abraham-Hicks often reminds us that the moment you ask for something, it is given energetically; the universe immediately begins orchestrating the circumstances to fulfill your desire. Our job is not to micromanage how or when it will arrive, but to relax into trust and keep our vibration receptive. Think of planting a seed: you prepare the soil (your alignment), you plant the seed (your desire), and then you water it and let the sun (the universe) do the rest. You don’t dig up the seed every few hours to check if it’s growing – you trust that nature will take its course, and you anticipate the sprout. In the same way, once you’ve launched a desire for financial improvement (or anything else), continuing to worry or overanalyze can actually slow its growth. But when you step back and say, “I know it’s coming, and I’ll enjoy my life in the meantime,” you create the ideal conditions for it to manifest. Remember, the universe is abundant and benevolent. It’s not testing you or holding back; it wants to yield to you all that you’ve asked for, as soon as you’re ready to allow it. Trusting the universe is essentially trusting your own Inner Being (your higher self connected to Source) which is always guiding you to your highest good. Today, practice turning doubt into faith and control into allowing.

Journaling Prompt: Write about a time when something worked out for you in a seemingly miraculous or perfectly timed way. Maybe money showed up right when you needed it, or a helpful person or opportunity appeared out of the blue. How did those instances feel, and what do they teach you about the universe’s support? Next, jot down any current worries or “how will it happen?” questions you have regarding your desires (financial or otherwise). For each one, write a statement of trust to replace the worry, such as “I release this concern and trust that the answer is on its way.” Remind yourself of the evidence from your past that good things do unfold when you let go a little.

Daily Action: Try a symbolic act of surrender. One powerful exercise is to create a “God Box” or Universe Box: Take a small box or container (even an envelope will do) and write down on a piece of paper one financial worry or desire you’ve been obsessing over. It could be something like “How will I pay for X?” or “I want to manifest $Y for Z.” As you fold the paper and place it into the box, consciously tell yourself you are handing this over to the universe to figure out. Literally say, “I am giving this to you, Universe. I trust you’ll handle this for me.” If you have multiple worries or desires, put each on its own slip and drop them in. This act is a mental release – whenever those thoughts try to trouble you again, remind yourself that they are in the Universe’s hands now. Your job is simply to follow any gentle nudges or inspirations you receive, and to stay receptive. Throughout the day, whenever you notice yourself tensing up about “how/when” something will happen, practice taking a deep breath and affirming “I trust the process of life. Things are working out for me.”

Affirmation: “I trust the Universe completely. I know that everything I’ve asked for is making its way to me in perfect timing. I release control and allow miracles to unfold.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Find a quiet spot and sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath, then exhale fully, letting your body relax. Visualize yourself floating on your back in a calm, warm ocean under a bright sky. The water is perfectly supporting your body; you don’t need to struggle or even paddle – you are safely held by something greater (the ocean represents the universe’s love and support). Feel the tension melting away from your muscles as you give your weight over to the water. In this peaceful floating state, become aware of the vast sky above you. Imagine that each of your desires is like a bright star in the sky, shining and already real on the spiritual level, just waiting for the right moment to be reflected in your life. As you float, say softly in your mind: “I trust you, Universe. I know you are carrying me to where I need to go.” You might imagine gentle ocean currents guiding you, requiring no effort on your part. If you notice any lingering worries, see them as little paper boats on the water that the current gently carries away from you. You remain floating, free and light. Stay here for a few more breaths, soaking in the feeling of being cared for and guided. There’s nothing you need to do right now except allow. When you’re ready, slowly bring your awareness back and open your eyes. Carry this trust with you, and remember the feeling of the “ocean of the universe” holding you – because in every moment, it truly is.

Day 25: Inspired Action – When Alignment Leads the Way

Daily Insight: Up to this point, much of our work has been internal – adjusting mindset, emotions, and energy. Today we focus on action, but not just any action: inspired action. Abraham-Hicks draws an important distinction between action that is effortful (driven by worry, obligation, or desperation) and action that is aligned (driven by intuition, joy, or a strong positive impulse). When you are in alignment – feeling good, clear, and connected – the actions you feel inspired to take are usually the ones that lead to the most effective and satisfying results. This is why sometimes you can accomplish more in one brilliant idea or one phone call made in the right mood, than in weeks of struggle and busy-work done in a negative state. It’s not that action isn’t important in our physical world; it’s that aligned action multiplies your results, whereas misaligned action can feel like running in place. Abraham often says that “your action has nothing to do with your abundance” in the sense that abundance is a result of your vibration. However, when you are vibrationally tuned in, you naturally find yourself wanting to act – and those actions feel almost effortless and fun because they are guided by your Higher Self. Think of it like surfing a wave: get yourself balanced on the board (aligned), and the wave (energy) will carry you quickly to shore – but thrashing around against the current without balance is exhausting and gets you nowhere. Today, the aim is to practice doing less, but with more alignment, and to trust those inner nudges that say “go here,” “call this person,” “try this now,” even if they don’t always seem logical. That is your intuition in cahoots with the universe, leading you along the path of least resistance to your desires.

Journaling Prompt: Reflect on a time when you took action on something and it felt easy, exciting, or intuitively right – perhaps you followed a hunch or seized a great opportunity at just the right moment. What was the outcome? How did that differ from a time you forced yourself to do something you were resistant to (maybe a job you stayed in too long, or a project you pushed through while stressed)? Write about these two scenarios and what you learned from them about the value of waiting for (or cultivating) a better-feeling state before acting. Are there any current decisions or tasks in your life that you could approach more intuitively or positively?

Daily Action: Put the principle of “alignment first, action second” into practice today. Before you tackle any important task (especially something money-related or significant), take a few minutes to get into a positive state – you might do a quick meditation, listen to an uplifting song, or revisit your affirmations. Even simply recalling something fun or taking a short break can shift your energy. Once you feel centered or uplifted, proceed with the task and notice if it feels smoother or if you come up with solutions more easily. Additionally, be on the lookout for any inspired impulses today. This could be a sudden idea to call someone, a feeling that you should check out a certain website or attend an event, or an urge to create or move in some way. If the impulse feels positive or exciting, try following it, even if it wasn’t on your to-do list. For example, if you feel a strong nudge to visit a particular shop or café, do it – you might meet someone or see something that leads to an opportunity. Or if you get an idea for making extra money or improving your work, jot it down or act on it joyfully. Treat it like a scavenger hunt set up by the universe. At day’s end, reflect: did aligning before acting or following an intuitive nudge make a difference in how things unfolded?

Affirmation: “I align my energy, then take action. When I act from inspiration and joy, I move swiftly toward the prosperity I seek.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Sit in a relaxed posture and breathe deeply, quieting your mind. Bring to mind a goal or something you desire (perhaps greater financial abundance or a career opportunity). See if you can summon the feeling of already having it – the relief, the joy, the excitement. Sit with that good feeling for a moment, letting it grow. Now, gently ask your inner self, “What is one small step I can take now that would be fun or helpful in reaching this?” Then become still and listen. You might receive a thought, an image, or a subtle impulse. It could be as straightforward as “organize your desk” or “call John” or even “go take a walk now.” It might come immediately, or it might come later when you’re doing something mundane – and that’s okay. In your meditation, simply affirm, “I am open to inspired ideas and I will know them when they come.” Feel a sense of trust that your intuition will speak to you. Visualize a light in your heart or a warm sensation in your gut – this is your inner guidance system lighting up. Set an intention that you will follow your joyful instincts today, even in small ways. Take another deep breath, and as you exhale, feel yourself grounded and ready. When you open your eyes, carry the expectation that the universe will show you some green lights of action when the timing is right. And you will glide through them with ease.

Day 26: Co-Creating – Partnering with the Universe

Daily Insight: You are not – and have never been – alone in your quest for abundance. The Universe is your ultimate partner in every venture. By Day 26, you’ve cultivated a strong sense of alignment within yourself; now it’s time to really feel the support that surrounds you. Abraham-Hicks often speaks about co-creation, meaning that while you hold the desire and the joyful vision, the universe holds the power and coordinates the details. It’s a bit like having a silent business partner who has infinite connections and resources, working on your behalf. When you worry or try to control everything, it’s like trying to do your partner’s job and your own – exhausting and unnecessary. But when you trust and work with the universe – sharing your dreams, following intuitive guidance (the universe’s “emails” to you), and then letting go – you leverage a power far beyond your solitary effort. Think of the universe as the most competent, loving collaborator you could imagine: it knows your desires intimately (often even clearer than you do) and is constantly arranging opportunities and inspirations for you. Today’s theme is about consciously inviting the universe into your day as a friend and helper. Instead of “How can I get this money or solve this problem?”, start asking “I wonder how we (me and the universe) will make this happen?” This small shift reminds you that you have a cosmic teammate on call 24/7, whose favorite job is to surprise and delight you.

Journaling Prompt: Write a letter to the Universe about your financial dreams and any other important desires. Be honest and specific, as if writing to a trusted friend or mentor. For example: “Dear Universe, I would love to be debt-free and have $X in savings. I dream of owning my own home someday, and doing work that I’m passionate about with a great income. I’m excited about traveling more and experiencing new things. I could use help with feeling more confident in my abilities and meeting the right people to advance my career…” etc. Pour your heart out – include your hopes, as well as any worries you want to hand over. Then, in your journal, imagine the Universe writes back to you. What would this wise, unlimited partner say? Perhaps it reassures you: “My Dear Child, I’ve heard your requests and I’m already lining things up. Be patient and keep following your impulses – I’ve got surprises for you. Remember when X happened unexpectedly? That was me assisting. I love working with you, and everything you want is unfolding…” Let the response flow with encouragement, promises, or gentle guidance. This exercise helps you strengthen your dialogue with the universe and feel its supportive presence.

Daily Action: Practice partnership in a practical way today. Whenever you start your day (or right now), take a moment to mentally “invite” the Universe to join you. You could say something like, “Okay Universe, let’s do this day together – show me what you’ve got!” Throughout the day, if you face a decision or a moment of uncertainty, consciously pause and consult your partner: ask in your mind, “Universe, what’s the best way for us to handle this?” Then stay open to a subtle answer – it might come as a sudden idea, a gut feeling, or even a chance encounter or phone call that provides clarity. You can also play a game of noticing signs: perhaps you ask the Universe a question and then notice a bumper sticker, song lyric, or random comment that seems like an answer (the universe has a sense of humor in how it communicates!). The key is to lighten up and remember you’re part of a team. If you have a task, imagine the heavy lifting is being done by unseen forces; you just handle the small, enjoyable part. At the end of the day, reflect on when you felt the Universe “wink” at you or assist you in some way. The more you acknowledge those moments, the more they’ll multiply.

Affirmation: “The Universe and I are a powerful team. I am supported, guided, and working in harmony with the flow of life to create abundance.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Close your eyes and take a comfortable breath in and out. Imagine yourself in a serene place – perhaps a quiet garden or a cozy room. In this space, you become aware of a warm, loving presence approaching. This is your Universal Partner – you might envision it as a being of light, an angel, a wise older friend, or simply feel its energy beside you. This presence radiates pure love and understanding. Notice how safe and supported you feel in its company. Now, in your mind, greet this presence. You might say, “Hello, Universe. I’m glad you’re here with me.” Imagine taking a moment to silently share anything on your heart – a goal, a question, or just your feelings. Know that the Universe hears you completely. Now, become quiet and receive a response. Maybe you hear words, or maybe you just feel a warm reassurance, as if you’re getting a cosmic hug. If you have a specific concern, see the Universe’s light gently wrapping around that issue, signaling, “I’m on it, I’ll help with this.” Bask in the relief that you don’t have to do everything alone. You might even envision yourself shaking hands or hugging this Universal Partner, sealing your partnership. It smiles at you (or you sense its joyful approval), and you know it’s saying, “We’ve got this, together.” Take one more deep breath, absorbing that comfort and confidence. When you open your eyes, carry the feeling that someone has your back at all times – because indeed, the Universe does.

Day 27: Positive Expectation & Receiving with Grace

Daily Insight: The energy with which you expect something makes a big difference in what you allow into your life. By Day 27, we want to cultivate positive expectation – a confident, joyful outlook that abundant good is on its way to you – and also ensure that you are truly open to receiving it when it arrives. Abraham-Hicks often stresses the importance of becoming a match to your desires, which includes not only asking for what you want but also believing you will receive it. This means no longer treating abundance as a far-off possibility or a stroke of luck, but as an inevitable and natural outcome for you. Imagine the way you feel when you know a dear friend is coming to visit – you might watch out the window excitedly or prepare your home in anticipation. That’s the kind of warm expectancy to foster about your financial blessings (and blessings in love, health, etc.). However, expectation alone isn’t enough if we subconsciously resist receiving. Many of us have blocks like feelings of unworthiness (“Do I really deserve this?”), guilt about having more than others, or simply discomfort when someone gives us something. Today, we focus on dissolving those blocks. Remember: allowing yourself to receive is not selfish; it completes the cycle of giving and it affirms the abundant nature of the universe. Every time you graciously accept a gift, a compliment, or an opportunity, you are saying “Yes” to abundance. You are worthy of all that you desire – simply because you exist and are a beloved part of this universe.

Journaling Prompt: Do an honest inventory of your mindset about receiving. How do you typically react when someone offers you help, a gift, or even extreme generosity? Do you feel excited and grateful, or slightly uncomfortable and obligated to “give back” immediately? Write about a specific instance where receiving felt awkward or where you perhaps downplayed your need (like denying help or brushing off a compliment). What beliefs or feelings caused that reaction (e.g., “I didn’t want to be a burden,” or “I felt I had to earn it”)? Now gently challenge those beliefs – if a dear friend or a child you love was in your shoes, wouldn’t you want them to receive good freely? Next, list at least five things you now expect to receive or achieve, with a sense of happy certainty. They might be financial (a promotion, a certain amount of money, a new client), or any other desires (a loving relationship, improved health, an opportunity you’ve been wanting). Phrase them as confident statements, for example: “I expect to receive an offer for a better job soon,” or “I know I’ll find the perfect apartment that’s within my budget,” or “I expect more and more unexpected gifts of abundance to show up for me.” Let yourself really feel that eager anticipation as you write these, and affirm that you deserve each one.

Daily Action: Practice receiving graciously today in small ways. Start by noticing and accepting all the little gifts the day offers – a compliment from a colleague, someone holding the door for you, found money like a coin on the sidewalk, or an offer from a friend to buy you coffee. When these moments come, consciously allow them. Instead of saying “Oh, you shouldn’t have” or “It’s nothing” or immediately insisting on returning the favor, practice simply smiling and saying “Thank you, I really appreciate this.” Feel the warmth of gratitude and remind yourself that life is showing you kindness – and your role is to accept it. If no obvious opportunities arise, create one: perhaps ask a family member for a small favor instead of doing everything yourself, or give someone else the chance to contribute. You could also give to yourself – treat yourself to something within your means and receive it with joy, as a token of the universe’s abundance flowing through you to you. At the end of the day, jot down any receiving moments you experienced and how it felt to welcome them. Notice how the more you say “yes” to the help and gifts, the more supported and abundant you feel.

Affirmation: “I am open, deserving, and ready to receive abundance in all forms. I joyfully expect good things to come to me now.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Sit in a relaxed position and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath and imagine on the inhale that you are opening up every part of your being, like a door swinging wide. On the exhale, release any tension or resistance. Now visualize yourself standing outdoors under a gentle waterfall of golden light (or you might picture it as a shower of gold coins, or sparkling energy – whatever symbolizes abundance to you). Stretch your arms out and look up, feeling this flow of abundance pouring down. It is warm, soothing, and filled with blessings specifically meant for you. As it touches your skin, the golden light absorbs into you, filling you with a pleasant tingling energy of receiving. Silently affirm: “I welcome all the good the Universe has for me.” If any part of you wants to shy away or “put up an umbrella,” just notice that and decide to set it aside for now. Allow the golden flow to continue. Visualize it filling your heart with the knowing that you are worthy – see yourself perhaps saying, “Thank you, more please,” with a smile. Now imagine this light materializing some gifts around you – it could be symbols like a basket of money, a heart for love, or an olive branch for health. See yourself gently taking these gifts into your arms, one by one, fully accepting them. You might whisper “Thank you, I receive this.” Enjoy this scene of plentitude for a few more seconds, feeling how natural and joyful it is to accept these gifts. Finally, take another deep breath, and in your mind say once more, “I am open to receive.” When you’re ready, open your eyes. Carry that open, deserving feeling with you, as if you expect little miracles at any moment.

Day 28: Living in Alignment – Daily “In the Vortex” Habits

Daily Insight: Abundance isn’t a one-time destination; it’s a continual practice of alignment in our daily lives. By Day 28, you have accumulated a toolkit of vibrational tools, perspectives, and habits. Now, the aim is to weave these into your everyday routine so that living “in the vortex” (Abraham-Hicks’ term for the state of alignment and connection) becomes second nature. Think of alignment like personal hygiene for your energy – just as you brush your teeth every morning and night, you can tend to your vibration with small, consistent practices. The beauty of this is that it doesn’t require hours of effort; a few conscious minutes here and there can set a positive tone for an entire segment of your day. For example, starting your morning with a moment of gratitude or a short meditation can put you on a high-flying disk that attracts good experiences for hours to come. Likewise, taking a brief pause before a meeting or task to set an intention can greatly influence its outcome (this is often called “segment intending” in Abraham’s teachings). The idea is to deliberately pre-pave each part of your day with positive expectation. Also, ending your day with appreciation helps you sleep in a good vibe and primes you for a great tomorrow. Living in alignment daily means you prioritize how you feel and make little adjustments throughout the day – if you find yourself off course, you gently guide yourself back by reaching for a better thought or using any of the processes you’ve learned (like an appreciation rampage, a quick visualization, or a calming breath). Over time, these practices become as habitual as tying your shoes, and the results compound: more consistent good moods, smoother manifestations, and an overall life experience that feels guided and magical.

Journaling Prompt: Design your ideal “alignment day.” What morning practices set you up for a great day (e.g., meditating for 10 minutes, writing down 3 things you’re grateful for, doing a few stretches, saying an affirmation in the mirror)? Write out a simple morning routine that resonates with you. Next, think about the flow of a typical day – identify a few key segments (morning commute, work/school time, lunch break, afternoon tasks, evening family time, bedtime, etc.). For each of these segments, jot down one intention or feel-good practice you can incorporate. For example: “During my commute, I will listen to uplifting music or an Abraham-Hicks audio,” or “Before I start work, I will take 2 minutes to intend a focused and productive session,” or “At lunch, I’ll do a quick gratitude check-in,” or “After dinner, I’ll take a walk to clear my mind,” etc. Finally, outline a gentle nighttime routine: how will you wind down in alignment (maybe writing in a gratitude journal, visualizing tomorrow’s successes, or listening to a soothing meditation as you fall asleep)? This written plan is your personalized daily alignment blueprint. It doesn’t have to be perfect – it’s a menu of practices you can draw from.

Daily Action: Put at least part of your alignment routine into practice today. If you’re starting in the morning, wonderful – do your chosen morning ritual and notice how it affects your mood. If it’s later in the day, no problem – focus on segment intending for what’s ahead. Consciously declare an intention at the start of your next segment (for instance, “I intend to enjoy cooking dinner and relax afterward,” or “I intend for this errand to go smoothly and maybe even be fun”). Say it in your mind with conviction. Also, incorporate a mini alignment booster at a point when you usually feel a dip. For example, at that mid-afternoon slump, maybe step outside for five minutes of fresh air and appreciation. Essentially, practice one full day of staying on top of your vibrational state: start strong, do mid-course corrections if needed (use any favorite technique from earlier days when you catch yourself feeling off), and end the day on a positive note (perhaps write down the best thing that happened today, no matter how small). Treat it like an experiment and see how you feel and what synchronicities unfold. You’re training the muscle of daily alignment, and like any exercise, consistency will build strength.

Affirmation: “Alignment is my way of life. Each day, I choose thoughts and habits that keep me in the vortex, and everything I need comes to me with ease.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): This is a quick morning visualization you can use to set a high vibration for your day (feel free to adapt it for any time). Close your eyes and take a deep, refreshing breath, as if you are inhaling bright morning air. In your mind’s eye, imagine that your day ahead is unfolding perfectly like a well-choreographed dance. See yourself moving through your morning routine with a smile, feeling unhurried and positive. Visualize your key activities of the day one by one: arriving at work or starting your tasks feeling confident and energized, interactions with others are friendly and uplifting, any challenges are met with solutions and calm. If you have specific plans (meetings, errands, workouts, family time), picture each segment going smoothly – you might envision green lights on your commute, a pleasant surprise during the day, and ample time to get things done. Most importantly, focus on how you feel in this ideal day: cheerful, capable, abundant, and connected. Perhaps you see yourself taking a short break midday to breathe and center, and that keeps you in a good flow. Now fast-forward to the end of the day in your mind: see yourself settling into the evening feeling content, reflecting on a successful, satisfying day. Maybe you’re journaling or relaxing, thinking, “Today was a good day.” Let that feeling of accomplishment and gratitude sink in. Take one more deep breath to lock in this intention. As you open your eyes, carry the confidence that, segment by segment, you have the power to create a brilliant day by consciously aligning your energy. You’re in the driver’s seat, co-creating a day of ease and abundance with the universe.

Day 29: Celebrating Growth & Maintaining Momentum

Daily Insight: You’ve made it to Day 29 – what a journey! Today is all about recognition and celebration of the progress you’ve achieved so far. In the Abraham-Hicks philosophy, positive momentum is a powerful force: as you’ve likely experienced, each day of alignment practice builds upon the last, creating an upward spiral of better feeling thoughts and experiences. It’s important to pause and acknowledge this upward spiral you’ve been cultivating. Celebrating your wins (both big and small) isn’t just about patting yourself on the back – it’s a vibrational practice of amplifying good feelings. When you appreciate how far you’ve come, you send a strong signal of success and gratitude to the universe, which in turn attracts even more reasons to celebrate. Think of a snowball rolling down a hill, gaining size and speed; your abundance mindset works in a similar way – the more momentum you give it through focus and joy, the bigger and faster the results manifest. By reflecting on improvements (perhaps you feel more ease around money, or you noticed an unexpected gift or opportunity during this month, or you simply worry less and appreciate life more), you confirm that this process works and that you are a powerful creator. Abraham often says “the better it gets, the better it gets,” and today, you’re living proof of that maxim. Take this day to really soak in the good that’s already blossoming, and know that this is just the beginning of even greater abundance on the horizon.

Journaling Prompt: Take stock of your journey over these 29 days. In your journal, list out some of the positive shifts you’ve noticed in yourself and your life. Consider questions like: How has my attitude or belief about money changed? What new habits have I developed (or old negative habits have I dropped)? What victories – financial or emotional – have I experienced? Maybe you attracted a new client, saved money unexpectedly, received a kind gesture, or simply feel happier and more hopeful day-to-day. Write about at least 3-5 changes or wins you can identify, no matter how small. Next, reflect on which practices or lessons from this workbook have been the most impactful for you. Do you find yourself meditating more, expressing gratitude more often, thinking differently about challenges? Note these down and express why they matter to you. Finally, write a short “congratulations” note to yourself – acknowledge your commitment (even if you missed a day or two, you kept going!), and affirm how proud you are of the personal growth you’ve achieved. You might start with “I’m so proud of myself for…” and let the words flow.

Daily Action: Celebrate yourself! Find a fun and meaningful way to mark the progress you’ve made. This could be literally celebrating, like playing your favorite upbeat music and doing a happy dance in your living room (yes, really – get those vibes high and embody joy!). You might treat yourself to something special within your budget – perhaps a nice dessert, a small gift, or an experience you enjoy – and as you do so, consciously recognize it as a reward for your positive efforts. If you’re doing this journey with a friend or group, consider celebrating together: share your biggest takeaways with each other and cheer each other on, maybe even plan a video call or outing to toast to your success. If you prefer a quiet celebration, you could take a luxurious bath, go for a nature walk, or spend time doing a favorite hobby, and while you do it, reflect on how far you’ve come. The key is to feel the appreciation and pride in yourself. Let the universe know that you acknowledge the wonderful changes that have occurred. You might even declare out loud, “Look at how much I’ve grown! Thank you, thank you, thank you!” The emotional high of celebration is fuel to keep your momentum going strong.

Affirmation: “I honor and celebrate my journey. I have grown so much, and I know that the better it gets, the better it will continue to get!”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): Find a comfortable position, and place a hand on your heart if you like. Gently close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in, breathing in self-appreciation, and exhale any remaining self-doubt. Now, allow images or feelings from the past month to arise – like a little mental highlight reel of your journey. Perhaps you recall a day when you had a breakthrough in thinking, or a moment you felt especially joyful or abundant. See these moments and smile at them. Sense the you who started this journey and the you of today standing together. Notice how much more light, ease, or confidence today’s you carries. In your mind, speak kindly to your past self: “Thank you for stepping on this path; look how far we’ve come.” Now speak to your present self: “I’m proud of you. You’re doing so well.” Feel warmth and pride filling your heart, like a golden glow. Imagine that this glow is the collective appreciation from every good decision, every exercise, every insight you’ve had in these weeks – it’s all accumulated and is shining within you. If you like, take a moment to silently thank your inner being, your guides, or the Universe for supporting you along the way. You might feel a sense of celebration energy – like confetti or fireworks of light in your mind – acknowledging your accomplishment. Bask in that for a few breaths. Now, sense that this glow in your heart is expanding slightly outward – it’s carrying your momentum forward, attracting even more reasons to celebrate. Take one more deep breath, and as you exhale, let any remnants of past struggle go. You are not the same as you were 29 days ago – you’re so much more aligned and empowered. When you’re ready, open your eyes. Carry this celebratory, confident energy with you through the day, and remember this feeling the next time you desire a reminder of your own power.

Day 30: A New Story – Continuing Your Abundant Journey

Daily Insight: Congratulations on reaching Day 30! While this is the final day of the workbook, it truly marks a new beginning in your life of abundance and alignment. Over the past month, you’ve laid a strong foundation: you’ve released old limitations, embraced empowering beliefs, and practiced aligning with your desires daily. Now, you stand at the threshold of your next chapter – one where living in prosperity, love, health, and purpose is your natural state. Abraham-Hicks often says, “You never get it wrong, and you never get it done” – meaning life is an endless journey of expansion, and there will always be new desires calling you forward (and that’s a good thing!). Finishing this 30-day journey doesn’t mean you’re “done” – in fact, you are just getting warmed up. You’ve learned to guide your thoughts and emotions, to tap into the infinite support of the universe, and to deliberately create an upward spiral in your life. From here on, you get to write your own story of abundance with far more clarity and confidence than ever before. Today’s focus is about stepping into that creator role fully and joyfully. Think of yourself as the author of your life: the pen is in your hands and the pages ahead are blank, ready to be filled with experiences that match the new, high-flying vibration you’ve achieved. Trust that the processes and habits you’ve adopted will continue to serve you – and whenever you desire, you can revisit these exercises or any Abraham teachings to realign. Your relationship with abundance will keep evolving; you might attract new opportunities, ideas, and even bigger dreams. Embrace it all with the knowing that well-being and abundance are your birthright, and you are now an open channel for all that goodness to flow. The journey of abundance is lifelong, but you have everything you need to make it a delightful adventure.

Journaling Prompt: Take some time to write out your new story of abundance going forward. Imagine yourself 6 months or a year from now, living the life that you are in the process of creating. Describe it in the present tense, as if it’s happening now: What does your financial situation look like? How do you feel about money and life each day? What kind of work or activities are you engaged in? How are love, health, and purpose flowing in your life? Be as detailed and optimistic as you can, infusing the story with the emotions of fulfillment, freedom, gratitude, and joy. For example: “I wake up in my beautiful new apartment, feeling excited and secure because I have multiple streams of income flowing easily. I love the work I do – it’s creative and helps others, and I’m well-paid for it. My savings account is growing, I’ve paid off debts, and I’m planning a trip to that destination I’ve always wanted to visit. I feel healthy and vibrant – I go for jogs in the park and have plenty of energy. My relationships are loving and supportive; I spend quality time with family and friends who uplift me. Every day I feel guided and appreciative, and I continue to attract wonderful opportunities to expand my happiness and abundance…” Let your imagination roam and write at length, painting a vivid picture of “future you.” There’s no limit – this is your story, and it can be as magical as you allow. When finished, you might even read it aloud and feel its truth in your bones.

Daily Action: To ceremonially launch this next chapter, choose a meaningful action that symbolizes moving forward with confidence. One powerful option is to declare an “abundance pledge” to yourself: write down or speak out loud a commitment such as “I pledge to value my happiness and alignment above all, knowing that as I do, abundance flows. I commit to practicing what I’ve learned and to continually grow.” You can make this pledge as simple or elaborate as you want – the key is that it feels inspiring and true to you. Another action could be creating a vision board or a small collage that represents the abundant life you envisioned in your journaling; place it somewhere visible to keep the energy going. If you feel moved, you might also perform an act of generosity as a way of saying “I know there’s plenty”: for instance, donate to a charity or give someone a thoughtful gift or heartfelt letter. It could even be as simple as intentionally spreading your positive energy by sharing some of your insights or offering encouragement to a friend who could use it. By paying it forward, you reinforce that you are abundant and that you have more than enough to share. End your day (and this program) by doing something personally meaningful to you – perhaps a meditation, a prayer of thanks, or a toast to yourself – marking this transition. You have shifted your vibration in a lasting way; celebrate that and step boldly into your future.

Affirmation: “I am the creator of my reality. I choose abundance, joy, and love each day, and the universe continuously supports me. My future is bright, and it begins now.”

Guided Meditation (1–2 minutes): For our final meditation, let’s connect with your future abundant self. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, inhaling the feeling of excitement and possibility. Envision yourself sometime in the future – perhaps that 6-months-later or 1-year-later version of you that you wrote about. See this You standing in a beautiful space that represents the life you’re living (maybe it’s in your dream home or a serene natural setting that you love). Notice the expression on your future self’s face – relaxed, confident, radiant. Take a moment to observe how at ease they are, how fulfilled and secure they feel. Now imagine you can step into their shoes. Merge with this future self, looking through their eyes. Take a slow breath as you settle into this reality. What do you notice? Maybe you feel the plush surroundings of your prosperous life, or you sense the love of the people around you, or you simply feel an enormous peace knowing all is well. Let that feeling wash over you. From this vantage point, look back at “Day-30 you” with kindness and appreciation – send encouragement backward through time: “Keep going, you’re doing great, it all worked out!” Feel the connection between your present and future; they are linked by the steady flow of your good choices and positive focus. Now, step back from the future self (knowing you can return anytime in your imagination). See them wave or smile at you as a signal that your destiny is on its way. As you return your awareness to the present, realize that the essence of that future life is already within you, and each day you are becoming more of that self. Take one final deep breath, breathing in confidence and breathing out any remaining doubt. Gently open your eyes. You are ready for this new chapter of abundance – it’s yours to live and enjoy. Remember that each day is a continuation of this journey, and you are infinitely capable of creating a life that delights you.
